Never, EVER use this company.
I had a main line clog. They were late, then wandered around in the yard even though the clog was in the line under the house- then the guy dropped his keys in the septic tank!

After all this, they STILL charged me over seven hundred dollars... and just a couple months later the problem came back and they were INCREDIBLY rude to me about it.

I will never, ever use this company again. I regret doing business with them in the first place.

I would highly recommend staying as far away from them as possible. You'll find yourself almost a thousand or more lighter in the wallet and with nothing to show for it except a clogged drain.

Collins Plumbing crew is very disrespectfully dose not communicate with owners walks away while we are talking. Damage water heater and did not tell owners. Did not fully connect relief valve drain pipe. We are very unhappy with Collins Plumbing very unprofessional company and crew.

We are renting and had a leak at the kitchen faucet. Eileen, with Realty Station our property management company, sent Dale (Collins Plumbing) to fix it. Dale was professional, thorough and very knowledgeable. He had to replace the faucet and did a great job! So thanks to Dale, his employer, and to Eileen for a job well done!

We had them come out to just put new on and off turn valves and a new plastic pipe underneath our kitchen sink . For a new dishwasher . We were charged 400 .00 after. A senior discount and the employee wouldn't give a receipt with cash . He told my husband just to call his cell phone if he had any problems . To make things worse two different contractors looked at it and said that it shouldn't""t of been more then 200 at the very most . Buyer beware.

We called Collins plumbing today while remodeling a kitchen in which the shut off valve to the sink broke off that was terribly corroded. Kristen answered and was super professional, she said she would try to get us someone within the hour as we had to shut off the water. Andre arrived within the hour and was very friendly and able to quickly address the issue! We have used them for bigger jobs but was super impressed with them and their fast service today!
