I can't say enough good things about this business! BEST price!! I called 4 plumbing businesses and received $200 quotes from each of them. I then called Collins and Sons and received a quote for $119!! VERY professional from their van to their uniforms to their mannerisms. They were in and out and left everything clean. Part of the job was installing a new sink soap dispenser and they even filled the new dispenser with soap!! Above and beyond in all aspects! I HIGHLY recommend this company! You can't go wrong with them!!

Have properties scattered throughout Ventura County, mostly residential management or personal investment portfolio. In short we need responsive, responsible, quality service with ""bed side"" manner since many times they are meeting on site when we are not present. They are AMAZINGLY professional and spot on with execution by getting the job done the first time. We have had four calls completed now and only one had a sense of urgency which despite their workload they were able to get by and get it handled for us. They were on time, competitively priced, with easy diagnosis and repair. I can't say enough good things about Lou and his son. Very honest fellows. They repaired a toilet and a clogged kitchen drain. We had been given astronomical estimates by other plumbers but Lou showed us the real problems and explained to us the most cost effective way to do the repairs. Best plumbers on the planet!!!!!!! I had a pipe in my kitchen break & called this company to come out & look @ the problem. They were able to come out the following day & did give me a cost for diagnoses. I think it was $85 & well worth every penny of that! Lou & his son Justin are the best! It was a bummer I had a pipe break, but the good thing is that I now have an awesome plumber for all my future plumbing needs. They take such pride in what they do and go the extra mile (even did stucco repair around the pipe on the exterior wall of my kitchen). I have used other plumbers in the past & am so happy I never have to look for another plumber again. They did some other plumbing jobs at my house (installed a new rain fall shower head & fixed a toilet that was uneven & rocked, re-routed a water line for my ice maker, had to go through the attic for that).

Lou recommended a construction company (ASR) to access damage from my leak. They are actually in process of remodeling my kitchen now due to the damage the leak caused. Thank goodness my insurance company covered all the damage. Lou said I would probably get a new kitchen out of this & he was right! This company is highly recommended! I will never use any other company for my plumbing needs! Thanks Lou & Justin for doing such a fantastic job on all my plumbing! You guys ROCK!!!!
