Had a drainage issue in my kitchen sink for the last 3 years and wanted to make sure it was fixed before Thanksgiving this year. Called Collins and Justin came out a couple of days later (I was not in a hurry) and took a look. Talked to my husband and disappeared. Why the five stars? He talked to my husband who is very handy but could not figure it out and told him what to do to fix it! He just needed to replace something he had done under the sink with a bidder part. So no charge. But I would have liked to have tipped him!

Friday afternoon and I got problems with my kitchen and laundry drain. I'm a DIY homeowner but was in over my head. I called Collins and Sons because they have been a big help before. Lou and Justin showed up that afternoon and fixed my problem quickly and answered all my questions. They didn't leave a mess and charged a fair price. What's not to like ??? Call them ... you won't be disappointed. Lou and Justin are the best !!

Just called Colliins and Sons late on a Tuesday night searching for someone to replace a water heater for a poor tenant who has had no hot water for days. Lou returned my call immediately then managed to make time to be able to go see my tenants asap tomorrow. Job not done yet but so far they meet and exceed the positive reviews they have received. I called Collins and Sons Plumbing when I had two water leaks. They arrived on time and had both leaks fixed in record time, they were very professional, reasonably priced and extremely nice. I've been burned by other plumbers but Collins and Sons have proven to be honest and they care about their work which is many times hard to find. Collins and Sons is my plumber for life!

I called and speak to Lou on Friday to fix my water heater. He told me that the water heater parts place would not be open till Monday and therefore to wait till Monday to get it repaired. He asked me to take pictures of the unit so he can order the parts on Monday. I took pictures and sent them to him on Saturday. I got no response. On Monday I called several times and left messages. No response. I had to call another repair place. We went without hot water the whole weekend because I trusted that they would help us out. Never again.

We got a new electric oven, which would not fit in the space because our gas pipe took up too much space. We called Collins and Sons and they moved the gas pipe behind the wall. This job required a lot of planning. He and his son took their time and worked together as a team. Our oven fits perfectly and all our gas appliances were back up and running.
