I was disappointed with Josh and Jeremy. They were super helpful in the beginning and then they started blowing me off and never called me back so I moved on and found someone else. They were referred to me by Josh's Dad but I never told him that his son and the other co-owner treated me so poorly.

I first hired Imperial Plumbing to install sprinklers over furnaces in my basement as part of fire code requirements, and I was concerned it would be a big job and very expensive. Josh is really amazing. He took care of the sprinklers and consulted with me on options for eventually replacing the old furnaces. He clearly knew all of the ins and outs of heating systems, so after the sprinkler work, which by the way, was fast and surprisingly inexpensive, I called him to help figure out a heating problem at my other building. Another company had been working on the burner, and couldn't get it to stay on. Josh was respectful of the other company, and he was extremely helpful as well. He consulted with me over the phone for about 45 minutes to help trouble shoot, and even came by a couple of times to get a read on what was being done to repair it.

These guys are head and shoulders above the pack....smart, thoughtful, efficient, and honest. I will hire Imperial for as much work as possible. When you have an old building (mine are circa 1890's), as things come up, you just wish you could clone someone like Josh.
