He checked out several issues we had and made great suggestions for each one. We were even concerned some things needed replacing and he checked it out, and assured us the replacement was not necessary.
He is very honest and trustworthy.

Excellent service. They really know what they are doing. They checked the fixtures before installing to make sure that everything was good to go, put the new fixtures in to comply with code which the originals did not comply with (which we wouldn't have known), was incredibly neat, thorough in their work, timely.

The only downside to Collins Plumbing is that Sean is in demand, so you may have to schedule ahead of time. He recently replaced galvanized pipes in my old house with copper pipes all the way to the street hookup. He managed to do this without breaking out the sidewalk cement, and his work passed City inspection with flying colors. He is experienced, smart, reassuring, and good at finding creative solutions to work around problems specific to old plumbing fixtures. I couldn't be more pleased, and both he and Rose were a pleasure to work with. I would recommend this company as a first choice for anyone looking for high quality, honest work delivered as promised and for a very fair price.

Amazing service. When a job only took a few minutes he told me I had paid for an hour so what else needed fixing. We've had some emergencies and he's come out the same day. He knows how to work in old houses with unusual plumbing. Will never hire another plumber willingly.

Cannot recommend.. Water was leaking from an upstairs shower/bath above a hallway. Sean replaced a gasket and left. ($150).At the next shower water was again leaking below. I suggested maybe there was a problem with the gasket he put in. He said oh no but did not check it.. Instead he replaced a bath overflow gasket which had nothing to do with the leak as it turned out. He seemed rushed but sure problem problem was solved. Didn't appear to test it. He took a 2nd check for $150. But next shower there was same leak. Now I was afraid to have him come out again. My son (not a licensed plumber) checked it out and found that the first gasket had been improperly installed and corrected it. That was $300 down the drain.

I've never had to deal with a plumber before, but we bought a house and needed a new, tankless water heater. We were referred to Sean from our furnace guy, and we couldn't be happier. Not only is Sean ultra-competent, but he worked well with our other contractors and got everything done within the time frame we needed. Shortly after we moved in, our toilet started leaking, but we contacted Rose and she got Sean to our place to fix it. Seriously, if you need a plumber, Sean at Collins is your guy.

Plumbers are notorious for being the prima donna's of the construction industry. But Sean is anything but that he is dependable and makes sure the job gets done. Sean and his crew installed a tankless water heater for us and it was a simple and straight forward process.
