I had an emergency with sewer water backing up into my bathtub back in November 2022. It was absolutely disgusting. Based on other good reviews, I called Collins Pacific Plumbing and they scheduled a technician visit for that afternoon.

Jose Rivera came by. He snaked the outside drain and provided the camera visual of the condition of my main drain to the street. He was incredibly patient, informative, respectful with me. He was VERY diligent with the work. It's been 3 months since his visit and we have not had the issue resurface (pun intended).

A friend asked for a plumber recommendation to day which reminded me to write this SUPER deserving review for Jose, who is nothing short of a SUPERSTAR. THANK YOU JOSE!!! And sorry it took me this long to write the review that I said I would about you!

Needed to get the washer intake connections replaced due to corrosion. Collins Pacific was the first company to call me back, gave me an estimate for the work over the phone (I texted some photos), and after calling around, was the first company that could get a plumber to my house.

James called before arriving earlier than our scheduled appointment, asked a few questions, and discussed all the work to be done. He give me an idea of common problems we may run into and what that would mean for timing/ costs on repairs, and asked permission before shutting off the water (we have a toddler, so confirmation beforehand was amazing).

James did high quality work quickly, replacing both water valves and the shower cartridge upstairs. The shower upstairs works better than it has in the 7 years we've owned this place (and we've replaced that cartridge twice before) and the washer connections look and work great. Even better, it was all done in less than an hour for the price I was initially quoted on the phone.

I can't recommend them highly enough.
