I was very satisfied with the service provided by Gilbert. He and his helper were on time and quickly and efficiently got the job done. I did not shop around for price so I can not comment as to whether it was the best deal in town, however, they responded quickly to my inquiry and the price seemed reasonable. I sent pictures and they were able to purchase and bring to my home exactly what I needed to replace my existing fixtures. He replaced a new faucet in the kitchen and a new sink in our bathroom. I was concerned that removing the old sink might cause damage to the granite but Gilbert handled the job carefully and without incident. There was a problem turning off the cold water under the bathroom sink so it was necessary for him to replace the shut off valve. My only suggestion would be to have the workers wear covers on their shoes when entering the house, but aside from that, I would not hesitate to call them again for future service.

Aaron was amazing! I had a big problem in my master tub and the house was built over 10 years ago and the fixture has been discontinued. Well come to find out the fixture made by Sigma is over $1,000 brand new. Aaron was very patient in finding the part needed to repair it. It's incredible how difficult some of these small parts are to find. It's the diverter and that little thing is either too big or too small. Finally Aaron found the right part and it took all of 10 minutes to fix! Whew! So happy about this! Thanks!!!

We used Collins Plumbing to install a gas line. Overall customer service from start to finish was excellent. The staff are very professional and prompt. I received several quotes from multiple plumbers and Collins pricing was very competitive and unbeatable. We are very happy with overall service and price and would definitely use them again!

We ended up using this plumbing service after several other plumbers gave us quotes that were more than double for a fairly simple job. These guys came out first thing monday after a holiday weekend and got the job done within an hour. They even honored the quoted price when there was a 2nd helper was needed. Really honest, friendly, very reasonably priced and we will definitely be using them again!

My 14 year old water heater broke at the beginning of the week. I broadcast a request through yelp for a replacement and that I wanted to go tankless. Aaron (Operarions Manager) from Collins Pacific was the first to respond and after sending a few pictures of the area in the garage where the water heater was located and some discussion about the different models available in tankless, Aaron promptly sent me a formal quote on company letterhead explaining the planned services. I was able to schedule an appointment for later in the week (based on my availability). In the meantime I exchanged several text messages and phone calls with Aaron regarding the installation requirements and the difference in features among a few candidate models. Aaron was extremely knowledgeable on the subject matter, and responsive to all my questions. I decided to go with the Norwitz EZTR75. Aaron showed up on time for the installation, and was joined by a another technician a couple hours later. The team of two worked diligently all day (and a lot of Time in hot,cramped conditions up in the crawl space). The final result was spectacular. Aaron ensured a clean install, moving existing pipe runs to create a truly customized install in the exact spot I wanted on the wall.

Stellar service experiences like this are few and far between. I was thoroughly impressed with the whole process from start to finish, especially the professionalism and quality of work performed by Aaron and his team.

Without a doubt I will be going back to Collins Pacific for any future plumbing needs. In fact, when Aaron returns to install the condensate line for the tankless water heater, I am having them replace the pressure regulator and valves for the house main water shutoff. Thank you!!

I had them install a hose bib in our patio and they did an awesome job. Mike was very prompt when he came over to estimate how much it'll cost us. He explained everything that needs to be done. The same day, I got an email from the owner and asked for a lower rate- he gave me a really reasonable price . The next day, they installed the hose bib and did a great job .
