I switched from a 50 gallon water heater to a tankless gas system. They were able to switch everything up immediately and fixed a few other plumbing concerns. Their prices and quality are very reasonable!

Jose is a good technician however this plumbing company is definitely over-charging their service. If you do not use their repairing service they would charge you two hours' service for $149 though the inspection took only twenty minutes. Most of plumbing cmopanies offer free estimate. Think it twice before you contact them.

These guys are trustworthy. They're quick to respond and do honest work. I had Bill Howe come by for an assessment and the repair man seemed confused and didn't seem like he knew what he was talking about and was charging me $500. I wanted a second opinion. I scheduled Collins Pacific Plumbing to come over for an assessment. They were quick to come through, assess, and fix the problem in less than :30 mins. My pipes were howling every time I used any water appliances at my home and now nothing but quiet. Thanks Jose! Great job and will definitely be using these guys in in the future again.

I am a bit sad to give them this rating, but ultimately they caused a lot of damage that could have been prevented. They came to unclog my sink and punctured the copper pipe, which caused a flood in the basement and in my unit. They had to cut the drywall to fix it and ultimately a $300 job became a $700 job when taking into account fixing the drywall and extra time they spent at my place. I am not a plumber and they knew that copper pipes could be damaged when using a snake. They never asked what type of pipes my condo has and never told me that puncturing a hole in the pipe is a common issue. I was informed about that after the job. The guys were fast and fixed everything, there are no more leaks, but I would prefer to be informed of possible issues before they started the job.

On Thursday I noticed the bottom of my water heater was leaking. I did not think it was an urgent matter but working as a nurse made me reassess the situation differently. I sent out a requests on yelp and the next day I received plenty of responses. I got a thorough response from Aaron and within my price range. I called their office and spoke with Russell. I told Russell about the situation with my old water heater and I need it replaced ASAP however, I am limited with my schedule since I work night shift. I told Russell I am afraid to wait until the next available install date because chances are my water heater will burst. Russell said he will get back to me in a bit to check if there is anything available on Saturday March 5th. Hallelujah! Russell was able to schedule the installation on March 5th at 11am. Installation day arrives, I get a courtesy text an hour prior to the arrival of Oliver, the technician. Oliver was polite, easy to talk to, professional and knowledgeable. I HIGHLY recommend Collins Pacific Plumbing because the communication was AWESOME, FLEXIBILITY with my tight schedule, AFFORDABLE-will not charge you an arm and kidney (A$i-gave a quote which was beyond ridiculous & lied about their weekend installation service on the commercial-FYI). Overall, I am extremely satisfied with a well job done by Oliver and got the new water heater up to code standards. I will be definitely share my experiences with my coworkers who I am sure will be experiencing this problem some time in the future. Once again THANK YOU for your wonderful business.
