I had them install a hose bib in our patio and they did an awesome job. Mike was very prompt when he came over to estimate how much it'll cost us. He explained everything that needs to be done. The same day, I got an email from the owner and asked for a lower rate- he gave me a really reasonable price . The next day, they installed the hose bib and did a great job . I posted a project on Yelp and Collins Pacific Plumbing replied within minutes. I set an appointment for a day later and received reminders and correspondence from the owner, verifying that a technician would arrive on our confirmed date/time. Gilbert arrived on time and ready to assess my plumbing issue! He quickly solved my crossover hot/cold water issue, purchased the parts I needed for the repair, and did a very thorough job with install and post-install testing. We had a plumbing emergency and I reached out to several plumbers on yelp. Aaron was the first one to respond, asked for a picture of the problem, was able to diagnose it over the phone but let me know he didn't have the part and all of the stores were closed. He offered me a solution but another plumber was also willing to go. I asked Aaron what the problem was and he told me the part number. He knew I was going to give it to the other plumber to see if he had the part. The other plumber did and was able to repair it that night. Aaron was delightful in that he didn't mind at all helping to diagnose and give us the part number so another plumber could fulfill the job when he couldn't. I find that extraordinary in this day and age!
