Do not use if you have a choice. I would give 0 stars if I could. It took them 4 trips to do a simple repair on my toilet. They never call when they say they will and show up late on every appointment!

The plumber claimed that there was no way to repair the leaky faucet in my bathroom and that I would have to replace both faucets so they would match.
I didn't believe him so I had another plumber look at it and I turned out the valves from the wall were leaking.

I ended up paying $69 for Collins to do nothing.

Had an issue with our septic tank. Had a company called out initially who seemed stymied by the problem. Called Collins as we had good experiences with them on past houses. Eric came out and got the job the job done! He was thorough and polite and made sure the problem was resolved. What more could you ask for? Great experience overall. 5 stars.

I've got a leak in my front yard (coming from main?), my husband called Collins yesterday to have them come out today, they gave us a 1-5pm window. At 4:50 I still hadn't heard from my technician. I called Allegiance, they will have a tech here at 8am to give me a free estimate, and complete the repair. I called Collins, asked if they would even be able to complete the repair if the guy didn't show up until 5:30pm, and they said he was only going to give me a quote - that's not what we expected from setting up the appointment. I told them I don't want them to come out at all. Thank you for wasting my entire afternoon Collins Commercial Services.

Unprofessional and incompetent contractors; highly advise to take your business elsewhere. We are on our third service call for a broken A/C unit in the heat of an Arizona summer. The contractors have been over 2 hours late to an already long 4 hour appointment window, and the second time they didn't even call, they just didn't show up. When we contacted them, we were basically told they would ""get to us when they could."" They showed up 3 hours late, spent 20 min looking at the A/C, and told us nothing was wrong. Two hours later, the A/C fails again! Our third service call resulted in being told it would be another 12 hours before someone could come out. Complaining cut that time to 8, but they still haven't shown up, so it could be longer. Apparently not doing their job the first 2 times does not result in apologies or being made a priority. Perhaps you get better contractors if you don't go through a home warranty, but regardless I would highly advise to avoid this company if you value your time, comfort (i.e., no A/C for a week), and money.

Have OneGuard warranty, so wasn't sure what to expect. Steven Ford was amazing. He came out when promised, quickly diagnosed the problem with the kitchen sink, replaced the faulty part, cleaned everything up to better than what it was before, and showed me to do some routine maintenance on the aerator and secondary filter to keep it running smoothly. If there were six stars, I'd give it to him.

2 hours late for the first appointment, but the communication was good. Quick diagnosis that the compressor was dead. Ordered the replacement the same day and were back two days later to replace. Very satisfied with the service from Collins. Beau was the technician.

The back story: This was the second time this same compressor was replaced. Both times through OneGuard Warranty. The first time was a joke. After waiting two weeks for a call back I discovered the service company (Cool Blew this time) never called it into OneGuard. On top of that, when they finally did come to replace the compressor they wired it incorrectly causing the replacement to burnout after two months. Moral of this story: do not use Cool Blew.

Also, OneGuard has told me I will have to pay another $65 service charge for the second visit even though it was their choice of Cool Blew who screwed it up in the first place. This remains to be seen Clearly, charging for service calls is how OneGuard is making their money.
