I scheduled this company thru my home warranty to come check out my leaky dump pump. They called within 24 hours of notifying my home warranty and set up a 1-5 pm time window. Eric called to let me know he was on his way at 1pm and showed up by 1:15. Eric was extremely professional and friendly. He fixed the leak and double checked the system for working properly very quickly.

The efficiency of this company was very impressive. Sometimes with plumbing calls you don't really know what to expect, this was our first time using Collins and they called us same day to set an appointment for the next day! The technician Eric B. came right in the middle of the window time and gave me a call 10 minutes before to let us know he was on his way. When he got here he was very nice and fixed everything quickly and cleanly. So nice to have water pressure in our shower working again! Would definitely recommend their services!

Call my home warranty in regards to a leaking water heater and they assigned Collins. They called after a few minutes to set-up an appointment on the same day. Eric called before arriving and go to my house in the promised time. He was courteous and always wore a mask which I appreciate due to current situation. Eric explained what was wring with the water heater and would need to replace. He did the job in a timely fashion and was very meticulous in securing the job was done correctly. Highly recommended on response time, ability to fix issue the same day and professionalism from Eric. Thank you!!

Collins came out as a recommendation from a home warranty company to repair a toilet flapper that would not seal. They put in a brand new piece that failed 34 days later and they will not be responsible for the work because their warranty is only 30 days! If the piece is faulty they will replace it but labor is not free. Why should I have to pay for labor twice if it wasn't corrected the first time or pay another $69 fee to the home warranty company for them to fix something correctly?

Apple Plumbing is a much better company that stands by their work. If you want something fixed right the first time or a company that stands by their work, call them first!

Collins CS was so cooperative with scheduling our service. We had an appointment with another company to look at our hot water heater & they called 2 hours earlier than scheduled wanting to come to our house. When I told them I couldn't get there any earlier they would not make any changes to accomodate us. Collins was called and they totally worked with our tight schedule by coming in the evening and driving 25 miles out of the valley to do so. Their service tech's were very polite & did an awesome job installing a new hot water heater. Thank you Collins, we will remember you for all plumbing needs!
