I'm a 59 year-old, home owner of 25 years and I've NEVER been as satisfied with a service company as I am with Collier's Plumbing. I called them at 9:10 with a non-functioning water heater. The warrantied replacement part was located and a service technician was at my house at 1:15. The part was replaced and I had hot water by 2:30. Less than six hours from first call to completed project.

Beat that.

Colliers worked with my warranty making the repair 100% hassle-free. I will ONLY deal with this company from now on. I have five, home-owning sons and I've texted each of them Collier's name and number in case they ever need help with a water heater.

Collier came out and replace my warrantied tankless water heater. They check the warranty and verified it. then they picked up the new unit, brought it to my home, installed it and took the old one away! i found a plumber, and highly recommend them to anyone in their servce area.

A big thank you to Ms. Colleen and a fine young gentleman by the name of Dylan. I can't say enough about how this dynamic duo took care of our water heater situation. If you need a personal reference from me, then just let me know. In less than 24 hours, we had the part via FedEx, multiple follow up calls, on time arrival of Dylan who knew his stuff, was caring, professional, sincere, and the list goes on and on. I mean it folks, these gals and guys did a fine job and it makes me happy to at least share my thoughts with you all. To the customers out there, just remember to treat people with kindness and respect. Also, Rheem Manufacturing Company representatives spoke very highly about Collier Plumbing and their team. Hats off to both Jason and Allen from Rheem for being super heroes in making this situation instantly a non event. It is amazing what we take for granted such as hot water. Again folks, be good to the people who come to service your home and related items. They work hard --- trust me, they work just as hard and probably much harder than most folks. Be good to them and they will be good to you. What else can you ask for. You are inviting a stranger into your home to help you in a time of need. Treat them better than family. They are coming to save your buns so just be cool. Well, there is so much more I can say. The bottom line is, I can definitely recommend Collier Plumbing for water heater issues. I bet they are good at many other projects as well. It just happens that my issue was the hot water heater. OK, take care ya'all.

John just left and what a great guy! Super friendly and efficient! I called yesterday and they were able to come today. Showed up early too! Installed a new garbage disposal and fixed a loose toilet improperly installed buy another local plumber. Use this company. They are local and did a great job.

I only have 3 letters to say about my experience with Collier Plumbing. W O W
I was a little discouraged when I reached out to other plumbers for a warranty work on my tankless water tank and found out a lot of them don't even know what they're talking about. They didn't even know the local big supplier other than Home Depot.

But Collier? referred by several of my neighbors in my community, I called and even the lady on the phone knew exactly what I was talking about, cut straight to pricing without all the back and forth and John even showed up EARLY to the scheduled time slot. 25 years of experience, super down to earth, and hard working guy, what else could you ask for?

Want a real professional? Don't look elsewhere because Collier Plumbing is the way to go. I wish I could give these guys more than just 5 stars. What a breath of fresh air!

First off the hours on yelp are incorrect. They don't open until 8:30. I couldn't find an after hours or weekend number in case of an emergency.
I rent a townhome in Rancho. My pilot light on my water heater kept going out. I still had hot water but lighting it every other day was a pain plus I knew there must be an issue. Collier Plumbing sticker was on the water heater so they either serviced it or installed it so I called them. The lady was very nice and got some out there the next day which was Tuesday. The time given was between 10-12. I work from home that day so it was fine. He showed up about 11:52 and was done in about 20 mins. He said parts were still under warranty and he replaced the status box and the wiring. I didn't notice but the light on the status box was apparently blinking more than just the once every 3 seconds. That night I went to shower and no hot water. Looked at the status light and sure enough it showed Replace Burner. So I left a voicemail hoping right when they opened someone would come out. I had to stay home and wait. Around 9:15 I got a call same nice lady said she'd get him to come back. She did suggest I call the manufacture to get labor covered but I can't wait for hot water until god knows when. Same guy came out said yep it says to replace burner. Put in a brand new burner , was done in like 15 mins and told me except for the tank you have a completely new water heater. So Wednesday night it was great, Thursday morning, then Thursday night I go shower again no hot water and again "" replace burner"" . What sucks is there is no emergency appt line. So even though clearly they didn't replace it right or the new part was bad both not normal wear and tear, I am stuck either missing work or trying to figure out a way to have someone there. And what if they do ""fix"" it today and tomorrow which is Saturday, it doesn't work again, Then I'm stuck until Monday!

*update . I talked to the office on Friday who said she would speak with the tech. She suggested I could call another company if I wanted them to check the work but that most of what the do is water heaters. They sent someone on Friday who said everything seemed to be replaced and as long as I kept the heat setting a A it should be ok . But if there were any more issues then we probably needed to replace the water heater. Well guess what Saturday no hot water again. Had a different company come out and guess what? It was not fixed correctly! This company did suggested replacing the water heater is one option because then it would again have a warranty. However he was also able to diagnose the exact issue!
I guess I should've know when all 4 times Collier came out combined, didn't equal to the time the new company spent diagnosing the issue!

STAY AWAY!!! STAY AWAY!!.....We contracted Collier Plumbing to do some plumbing work for our home. They were suppose to move our pool equipment and re-locate our sprinkler lines and gas pipes. After they completed the job, the Gas Company came out and shut off our gas and told us that Collier Plumbing was the cause of this leak. I called Collier Plumbing and they came out to redo the work but no luck, they could not fix the Gas leak that they had caused. After several attempts in contacting them to fix the problem or refund our money, they were never to be heard from again. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau and I am planning to take legal actions on this matter. Please STAY AWAY from Collier Plumbing unless you want to deal with people who does not take responsibility for their work.

WOW! Efficient, convenient, professional and courteous. Austin got here in Wrightwood right on time and serviced my point of use tankless Rheem water heater. Most plumbers can't do that!
I'm asking for Austin next time as you can't improve on PERFECT SERVICE!

Just want to give a quick review. Had Austin come in and replace a failed gas valve on a new Rheem water heater. He came in quickly replaced the part and let me know what was going on too. Very knowledgeable and courteous staff and I would recommend this service to anybody. Thank guys!!

Collier is more than other contractor quotes on price but I chose them because of the positive reviews. And the service by Mike was great! So if you don't mind paying a premium for piece of mind, this is your place. Only complaint is the office closes at 4:30pm weekday and they don't do Saturdays. This was brought up before awhile back in Yelp reviews and the response was that they are working to address this so I would like to know what the update is? Thanks.
