Elderly abuse company. If you do business watch out. Marian is very rude and obnoxious. Installed a sensor in 5 minutes and charged $165. Sensor was defective. New sensor received under warranty and Collier wanted $90 to install. Rheem water heater rep said too much. Big time rip offs for elderly. Classic case of abuse.

I spoke to John on Friday 5/24, he told me I shouldn't worry that my check was stolen out of his truck. My personal information is already on the Internet, so it's not a big deal. Perhaps he doesn't realize anyone can do anything with a routing # and checking account #, let alone my personal information (name & address).

Anyway, please note that when you are paying this company they will keep checks in their vehicle for days until someone safely brings it back to the office. And! If your check goes missing because of their blatant lack of responsibility - it'll be your responsibility to call your bank for a check stop (which they will charge you a fee for) and they'll expect you to drive your happy self to their office to pay them. They will take zero responsibility. They offer no apology, they will simply say it was the ""thief's fault not theirs"".

We bought our home 10 years ago and have been using Collier Plumbing ever since for everything from broken garbage disposal, new water heater, water leaks, hose bib repair, clogged drains, new sinks, etc. I've called around to other plumbers and Collier's rate is always the lowest. Yes, plumbers can be expensive but they are very reasonably priced, quick and always arrive on time. My husband even uses Collier for his commercial business. I'd recommend them 100%.

Called to schedule an appointment to come the next day & estimated 3-4PM it is now 6:30PM & they never came. Guess they don't want business? Called and they never picked up.

If you want a company that has great response time and honest quotes, then this is who you want!

My 9yo water heater pilot light had gone out and it wouldn't stay lit. We called a company based on Yelp reviews, they came out and basically said he didn't have any parts IF the thermo coupler was the problem. Otherwise we might have to replace the whole thing... got quoted at $350 to fix and up to $2200 to replace the whole unit. I said NO WAY...BYE!

I called Collier and they were out within 2 hours and the technician, Austin, determined within a minute that it was the thermo coupler and he replaced it... within 15 minutes! And at a great service fee, plus $15 for the part! Norma in the office was great! Austin was awesome! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

We had used this company twice before with good results so when our shower and toilet started leaking we called them. A young man came and literally we heard several loud bangs and then he came out with a shower piece and said he didn't know what the piece was and he called his boss and told us his boss didn't know what the piece was. Our water was turned off because it was shooting water everywhere. I told him he had to fix it because we needed our water on so he capped it off and told us it was going to be $ 650 to fix and they would have to bust thru our wall to fix it so we would need a plaster person also. Then he told us the toilet needed a new flapper so he put that in and flushed the toilet about 50 times and it was still leaking. And then he said I have to charge you!! He charged me 100 to break my shower and not fix my toilet. By this time I knew this kid didn't have a clue what he was doing so I paid it which I now regret but I wanted him out of my house.
Post note: the next day a different plumber came and HAD THE SHOWER PART IN HIS TRUCK ! He said it was a standard Moen part. And that the flapper the kid put on was the wrong flapper! I would not recommend this company because they are sending out employees that don't know what they are doing at all

Horrible little plumbing company!!!!!! Starting from the crazy receptionist who talks WAY too much and can't schedule to save her life (you will get rescheduled at least twice because she can't keep it together) and if you can even get past the crazy lady the plumbers that don't know what they are doing either.
Save yourself time and frustration and call another plumber! You'll be glad you did!
