Fantastic job Collier Plumbing! We had a slab leak under the hall bathroom, called Collier spoke to Leslie (she's Awesome, super helpful and very understanding). She had John come out with Nick to locate the leak. It was raining but that didn't slow them down one bit. Needless to say they found the leak and fixed it, but had to cut a hole in the bathtub to reach it, the whole thing was covered under our home owners insurance. Since we were going to redo that bathroom anyway, we decided to move the toilet and shower. We called them back out, John and Nick came back out and it was raining again, lol. Both had a positive attitude and Jon was very helpful with bathroom ideas. Great team at Collier Plumbing, reasonable pricing with friendly service, 5 stars all with way. Thank you, Paula

I recently had my water heater repaired due to a faulty component. I must admit that I'm a very discerning customer that expects only the best, and I was extremely pleased with the service I received from the service technician Michael. He was polite, efficient and very informative with my questions. The receptionist was a delight to deal with and I most certainly recommend Collier Plumbing to all my friends and family. It's hard to find this level of exceptional service at a reasonable price!

Restored my faith in plumbers after a rude experience on the phone with Genarro's plumbing, which was the company Rheem arranged to come out to fix a problem with a week-old water heater. The guy at Genarro's was upset (actually used foul language) that I called 3 times trying to get an estimate on when they could get out here. He said he is backed up 2 weeks and that Rheem must have lied to me about getting someone out today to fix the problem. I called Rheem back and they contacted Collier. John from Collier was here within a half-hour and had water heater fixed in 10 minutes. Nice guy too, as opposed to the jerk at Genarro's.

Called Collier Plumbing for service contract today. Same day service by Joe, who took care of my water heater issue. Now I once again have hot water. After some expert advice, I think my Reliance water heater will live up to the name.

Well at first I thought they were great we had a problem with out water heater and they came the next day and fixed it they charged us 135 I believe and then the next day the water heater did not work anymore so we called them again explained the situation and said they would send some one out to my home again and since we were still on the 30 day guarantee there was no charge and when they came down again they said they fixed it for sure this time and then two days later again the water heater broke down when we called them and told them that it was still broken apparently I was talking to the manager at this time and I was explaining to him that they need to send someone to fix it and since we were still under the 30 day guarantee that I was not going to pay them more but he said that he was going to charge us half price if I wanted them to come back out to my home because it is not there fault that we had bought a piece of shit water heater those were the exact words so I do not recommend this company because they do not stand by there guarantee.

We used Collier Plumbing through our home warranty. Our garbage disposal was not functioning and they were sent out to service our disposal and they recommended replacement. We paid a 60 dollar fee for their services. The new disposal is not functioning and we contacted Collier and spoke w Leslie who was less than helpful. She directed us back to our home warranty for a work order Our issue is there should be a manufacturers warranty for the disposal that is now not functioning. My husband stated he would not pay another 60 dollar fee as they had installed a faulty disposal- she stated we would have to and we would have to go thru the warranty co as we are not their customer but the warranty companies. We paid Collier directly - we are their customer. My husband asked to speak w her supervisor and he ""was not available"". We contacted the home warranty co and attempted to have a conference call w Leslie. She would not answer the phone as she recognized my husband number. I called on my phone and she answered immediately. When I placed her on the call w the warranty co and my husband she said she couldn't speak to them. This business is shady and they don't stand behind their work or products. DONT USE THEM!!!!!!!!! Our warranty co has apologized for Collier plumbing's behavior and are sending out a new co at no charge!!!

Broken water heater. Called in the morning and got a time frame between 11:00am and 2:00pm. Called at 3:30pm to get an update on the plumber because he was now one and a half hours late. The secretary said, ""Oh, I thought he completed that job, let me check."" After about 5 minutes on hold she says, ""Oh, our plumber got stuck on another job and never called us, the best we can do is first thing Monday morning."" She could care less that I have a family and could only offer a half hearted apology. She wasn't even interested in trying to fix the problem by having a plumber come out anyway..they do say their hours are from 7:00am to 5:00pm. Heck, pay a guy overtime, at least you are fixing a problem that YOU created and keeping a customer. As soon as I hung up the phone I called another plumber who actually cared about my situation and my family. He will be out first thing tomorrow to look at my water heater. There are a ton of plumbers online, save your money for a plumber that puts the customer first and has integrity...Collier Plumbing is not one of those businesses.

Amazing service! Water heater gas valve went out late Thursday night -- was expecting no hot water for the weekend, hoping at best we could get someone by Saturday. Called Collier first thing Friday AM -- They had a plumber here within half an hour. Austin was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable, within an hour of calling we had the valve replaced and enjoyed a hot shower that morning. All of this excellent service and at a reasonable price.
Would highly recommend to anyone in need of fast, professional plumbing work. Couldn't be happier!!!

Another five-star fan here and one sure to do business with Collier again whenever I have plumbing needs. My new water heater was leaking gas and carbon monoxide which led me to have to call the gas company out at 2am for an inspection. Long story short, I had a propane water heater installed instead of a natural gas water heater and because I was pumping nat gas through it the warranty was voided. To replace it with a new one (and eat the cost of the propane tank that was recently installed) definitely had me a bit distraught. Long story short, Tim, the owner of Collier plumbing, was able to essentially convert the water heater to natural gas saving me well over a $1000 that I didn't have! Tim has been at this a long time and it shows in his work. He's knowledgable and competent and able to think creatively to find solutions where others can't.
