Omg! I can't express how grateful I am for this company, had an issue with a water heater and the manufacturer had to refer a plumber for the repair, and before I hung up with the manufacturer the plumber was calling me on the other line, talk about service . They wanted to come the same day, I wasn't available, they came the next day and were on time, courteous, friendly had the job done so quickly I would highly recommend Collier Plumbing, will be having them do other jobs for me in the future that's a promise!

This review is thanks to Jacob from Collier Plumbing. Our water heater pilot light would not stay on for more than a couple hours. Jacob was called out to assess and repair. He showed up on time, was super polite and answered my one-million questions. Jacob got to work right away testing the different sensors. He spent the time to show me the diagnosis process and explain why the unit was not working. His extra attention to detail left me piece of mind that I was not getting worked over. Ever since he replaced the part, our water heater has been working solid. A+ for Jacob.

My search for quality plumbers is over. Collier Plumbing is now my go to place for great service. They have been to my house twice now to work on my new Rheem water heater (not installed by Collier). When I called to make an appt. I was treated with respect. I was pleasantly surprised to get a same day appt. Jacob was the tech dispatched to my home. He called ahead to give me an ETA and he showed upon time. He listened attentively. He was personable and respectful. He was not rushing or impatient like others are. I loved his mannerism & professionalism. I will be requesting Jacob from now on. Jacob you're the best! Thank you much.

JACOB!!! This guy is awesome! I have had Collier Plumbing help service my water heater twice now since I moved to Chino Hills. On both occasions, Jacob came to my home and successfully got me back up an running. My water heater is getting close to the end of its life and I will have to get a new one soon... but it was clear that Jacob knows what he is doing and could extend an old girl's life a little longer. He is very knowledgeable and is easy to talk to if you have questions, which I did. When I replace this water heater (or have any other plumbing related issues), I will be calling Collier and requesting Jacob. I appreciate your help and professionalism. Thank you.

Just had Collier Plumbing help fix a water heater issue that was under warranty. They were great, they came out and were on time. Jacob was super helpful and super nice, answered all my questions and fixed it in a timely manner. Much appreciated. Any plumbing issues in the future I will def call them. My husband received a call from Collier today but didn't schedule the appointment because the part hadn't been delivered yet. He told the man that he would call him back when the part arrived. About an hour later he called Collier back and the man on the phone was incredibly rude and not helpful at all. We have warranty work that we needed on an hot water heater. The man kept asking where we got the number and kept talking the phone number to Rheem. My husband even asked him if he had been drinking because he wasn't making sense. The man then said he would call back with an appointment.
I called myself at about noon and got the same man. When I gave my name to the man and the fact that we were waiting for a callback , he said that he had never talked to anyone before about this. I told him that my husband had called at about 1100 and that someone said that they would call back. At that point he said ""no i never said that, your husband was rude and hung up on me"". I then said "" I thought you said you never spoke to anyone about this call"" . He then asked where we got his number. I told him that the original call came from this number. He said ""no we didn't call anyone"" . At that point I laughed because I guess I just pulled the number out of my hat. He then told me to call Rheem to report the problem because if he didn't have a ""Ticket"" we would get charged for the call. I told him that I had reported it to Rheem and thats how we made contact. He then said that my husband was calling the wrong number at Rheem and he rambled on for awhile about the number. I cut him off and said that I could find the number without his help. At the end of the call he again said he had never spoken with my husband and I told him that he was a bad liar because he couldn't remember a lie from the truth.
If the man that answers the phone is a liar then what kind of company is this?

Can I give a 6 rating? That's how good these guys are. I live in Anaheim and Jacob came out a couple of times to assist with a water heater under warranty. He was on time and also called me ahead (how rare is that). He was just most polite and easy to work with. Jacob was also very knowledgeable and patiently and expertly answered all my questions. He fixed our water heater and was in and out. Great service! Knowledgeable Tech! Can you please open a branch in the OC? Love you Guys!

We had issues with our water heater over the weekend and reached out to Collier on referral from a neighbor that had experienced similar issues with their water heater. We are very happy with their prompt response and service. Jacob is the technician who was assigned to our issue and he resolved it in minutes. We had hot water within an hour. Jacob was familiar with our heater and was very professional in diagnosing the issue and fixing it. We liked the fact that he was very honest in sharing his opinions, did not trash the brand of the heater, or tried to sell us on getting another brand new heater. Going forward, we will always call Collier for any issues as we know they have technicians like Jacob that do an excellent job. Truly excellent company to work with.
