Brand new build! These guys come and install our water softener, that's it. Installed it. Did NOT turn it on, didn't get it calibrated, (if that's the correct word for this) In the meantime, our brand new glass shower doors, kitchen sinks have calcification residue on them. And what's more, had to pay for another plumber to come and fix what they should've done in the First Place!!
Shame on these guys

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I was out of state when I had a main line water break at my home. I contacted Colf's plumbing. The agreed to access my situation. I had already had the City out to locate the leak on the property. They never gave me a bid, until they wanted to bring a digger out to dig up my yard. The plumber dug where the city had designated as the location of the leak. Didn't dig down enough and declared that not the correct location. They then continued to dig 2 other holes in my yard. This took approximately 10 days. Days that I was losing 1.5 gallons of water a minute. When they called me to tell me that they needed a digger to dig up my entire front yard, I called the city again. The city had to show the plumber where the leak was. It was in the first hole just down another 2 feet. Then they finally fixed the leak. My yard is torn up, as well as the landscaping rock on the edges. It took 2 months to get them to send me an itemized invoice. They Charged me to 95 hours to dig holes that did not need to be dug. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I read the reviews here and am a little surprised. I used Cols's Plumbing to replace a water heater that a different plumber told us we needed. (The other plumber quoted over $1500.00 to replace a 40 gallon water heater).
When they arrived they checked the water heater and found a part in the water heater was stuck and was restricting the water flow. Saved me a lot of money. A week later I had to replace a pressure regulator valve. I could not find where the valve was located. They went to a street view picture taken 7 years earlier and that showed the box housing the valve. It was covered over with dirt and rock. I thought that showed some initiative. I plan to use them again when I have plumbing needs.

This company was used by my builder in constructing my new custom home in St George.
I would describe the work as amateur at best and then they tried to gouge me with outrageous change orders. I won't go into every little detail but it was so bad that I had to fire them in the middle of the job and hire another plumber myself to finish the work. As you can imagine that is not an easy decision to make but with the way things were going I had no choice.
In my opinion, Colf Plumbing lacks qualified employees and has absolutely no integrity. I would definitely not use Colf Plumbing under any circumstance.

I have not had good experiences with them. About 3 years ago, we had a loud noise sounding like a door slamming every time the water sprinklers would come on. The builder's thought maybe it was something in the water line downstairs. I called Colf's and they sent an old repairman that was slow and not very good at what he does. He turned off the water line, but didn't wait for it to drain, or put a bucket below before he undid the pipe. Water went EVERYWHERE! If I hadn't been standing right there to go grab some towels, who knows what my basement would have ended up looking like without me cleaning up their mess. Just about a month ago, the pilot lights went out on the water heaters. The same old man came to repair it and very slowly took his time up and down the stairs. He replaced the pilot gas valves. A few days later we could smell gas. I had the gas company come and check it out and they said the valve wasn't even screwed hand tight, so it had a little leak coming out. The gas company told me it wasn't real significant, but if it would have sat like that for 4 or 5 days without the doors being opened, it could have caused some major problems. I left town a few days later, and I'm just glad the Questar people were able to come out and fix the leak before I was gone for 6 days! It makes me sick to know what could have happened. I called Colf's the next business day to tell them I wanted some compensation. They told me they would have to check with the owners. Now...over three weeks later, I had to call them again, and they told me that it was minor and everything was fair because I got a good deal? Really? That was a good deal? I paid $65 per hour labor for the slow poke to do his job! I guess it was a good deal because the heaters were under warranty. So because the gas company was able to fix it and it was minor...they don't consider it a problem. I guess my house would have had to blow up before it would have been a problem. I will NEVER use them again!

Do NOT use this plumber. We built our home about a year ago and Colf plumbing didn't seal the toilet to the flooring properly. We just recently found out the toilet has been leaking and has done thousands of dollars worth of water damage to our dry wall, carpet, tile and as a result there is now mold. We are having our new plumber check all toilets now because we don't trust any of the work Colf has done. Take your business elsewhere.

Henry Walker hired these folks to do the plumbing for our new home in Coral Canyon. Unfortunately the toilets they installed had plugging issues the very first day we moved in and is ongoing. We would not recommend Henry Walker as a builder or Colf's.
