I needed a new comfort height toilet. My current one was quite old and leaking at the floor. And the flushing mechanism was very corroded and difficult to use. They arrived exactly at the appointment time and had the toilet installed in half an hour. The guys were very polite and answered all my questions.

I had also thought I needed a new water heater. Upon inspection I was told I could easily wait several more years before the replacement. I very much appreciate the honesty; I'm sure most other companies would have just gone ahead. I highly recommend C&A. I have used them in the past and will continue to do so.

Their men came out today as I had leak in a drain pipe! Their men found the problem and repaired it right away. I myself was in the building trades for 40 years and they were as good as anyone I have worked with. I would recommend them to anyone I know, super nice plumbers their crew was!

Our sump pump went out a few years ago while we were on a plane on our way to Florida for a vacation. They were able to come out right away and work with us over the phone since we were out of town. I thought the plumber was very nice. He was knowledgable and repaired the issue with the hot water heater. The only reason I'm giving them 3 stars is because I thought the $168 he charged me to replace a $10 thermal coupler was a bit much. They charge a service fee and the hourly charge of $110 / hr.

I had a major leak from one of the pipes in my basement last night and I received the best service anyone could have asked for. They came right out on a weekend and repaired the pipe that was leaking, cleaned up all the water and checked the sump pump when they were here. The charges were VERY reasonable for what was done. I would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work in the future. I plan on doing a remodel on my bathroom and they will be the company to do the whole job!!
