I had Cole's plumbing out behind the warranty companies plumbing company that was horrible. Cole's was fair priced, punctual and very professional! There were several plumbing issues from the renter once discovered after the renter moved out.
Cole's was superior in fixing the issues and was a pleasure to work with. Very communicative on timing which was critical since my realtor was having to coordinate her timing with his.
Best decision to hire and would do so again!

I called on a Saturday to have a toilet set that I was having trouble with. Chad responded within 45 minutes that he could be here the same day, and he was! I actually had him replace 4 toilets in total. Two had the same problem where the builder had not glued that flange to the floor and they were sitting uneven from tiling mortar. He chipped out the excess tile and mortar, used better floor bolts than provided (manufacturer had plastic components). This company is AMAZING and I know because I have worked in the design/construction industry for 18 years!
