After having several issues over the winter with our heat pump unit, it started happening again this spring. Unsure of who to call, we decided to go with Coles of Washingtonville. So glad we did! They (Bill - the owner) came out in a timely manner and fixed the issue. It wasn't just another job to them, they actually care about what they are doing and care about their customers . Most importantly, they were professional, honest and fair priced. 100% recommend Coles and will certainly be using them for our future needs. Thank you Coles of Washingtonville!

I called Coles this morning to fix a clogged toilet in my kids bathroom. It was not an emergency, but they accommodated my work schedule and had someone to the house within two hours. Chris did the work and was very professional and thorough in cleaning out all the items my kids flushed down the toilet. Price was reasonable for the work.

BEWARE - I asked them to come check out my boiler since it had stopped working and to provide me an estimate of what had to be done - I was getting estimates from several plumbers in the area - when I did not select Coles, they actually told me they were going to charge me for doing an estimate !!!! What contractor does that ???? They did nothing! When I spoke to them they said ok they would not charge me which was ludicrous to begin with - now today I received a bill from them for doing nothing!!!! They had a significantly higher estimate than everyone else - beware because you may get charged $150 for nothing!!!!!!! I won't be paying and will take them to court if I have to - for them to charge me for doing nothing other than come out and do an estimate must mean they are not getting business - they were the most expensive of my estimates - beware!!!!!

Very impressive service from Coles! I called mid morning to explain our issue; ac was tripping circuit breaker, and they had a wonderful technician there a few short hours later. He showed me the issues, went and got the parts and was done less than two hours later! I highly recommend them! They even called a couple days later to make sure everything was to our satisfaction! You don't get that kind of service much anymore!!! Will most definitely use them again if needed.

Why am I the first to review these guys? They've been open for years ? Anyway... they got a call from me to help me w my furnace that wasn't blowing hot. My house is Just a few years old so
That was frustrating. They knew my name as my parents used them years back. They attempted to help me out over the phone which was really awesome. They don't have any desire to prey on stupid homeowners. We couldn't get her fixed over the phone so they came and cleaned some parts up and I'm back in business. Good people. I'd recommend them.
