Mitch came out to help us today with our water heater issues and we are so thankful since it is a Saturday and we couldn't find anybody else that was willing to come on short notice. He did a great job and offered us multiple avenues to repair the problem. We will definitely call them again if we ever have a need need.

I had a hot water leak under my slab in the kitchen and the person who came over to pinpoint the leak found it was in the middle of the kitchen.
The plumber who was assigned the job said he would use a jackhammer on the concrete, locate the leaking pipe, repair it and cover the hole with new cement.
After doing a little research, I found the simple solution for this problem was a reroute from the heater to my kitchen hot water pipe...in so many words, I told that plumber not to show up, went online to check out the various plumbing companies and settled on Colepepper. Best decision I made.
The price was fair and Jose Reyes who did the reroute did a fantastic job, under three hours. He even replaced the hot and cold water valves.
Definitely recommend this company.

Service today was fast and fantastic. I called for service around 10:30 am and about 2 hours later, the technician arrived. He was very knowledgeable and also helped set up a solution for the fallout of the leak.

They quoted me $850 to replace my kitchen faucet.
I called another plumber, licensed, insured as well, who did the job for $500 less.
I don't know how they manage to still be in business.

These guys are a joke. They came out and gave my wife a price of $3600 to remove and replace a sink at my house. This price did not even include the new sink. Just a garbage disposal and misc abs pipe.
They charge $450 an hour? Anyway, please don't waist your time getting an estimate. The project should be around $500 or so for labor and add $200 for the Disposal.

I had a really good experience with Colepepper! After the heavy rains, I discovered two leaks in my roof. It turned out I needed to reseal a few areas on my roof. I was referred to Colepepper by a friend who has used them multiple times and I found the quote for repairs very reasonable. They even granted my request of cleaning out my rain gutters. I found the whole process easy and painless. I also really liked that they sent a hand written thank you card after servicing my home! Those little touches def set you apart. I would recommend!
