Andy solved all our problems and he did it so fast! He was in and out in less than an hour. Took this lovely souvenir (pictured) back with him and now our water is smooth flowing. Sorry I didn't have anything better to send you off with... hope this review makes up for that! Andy was good vibes and very polite during the entire process. Thank you for everything!

Amazing work! We appreciate the hard work and time put into our mess of a plumbing job. Andy was super personable and did a great job. Highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a spot on job! Five stars all the way.

They came out on a holiday to check a leak I was having and even though I ended up using someone my insurance suggested to me, I had a great experience with them. They came out on a holiday for no charge, were very kind and courteous, and followed up with me the next day.

First day in new house in San Marcos. A valve located inside the wall to the refrigerator broke on a holiday at 11:00 AM and no water. We knew no one in town so we went with five star Colepepper. Young man (Bryant) from Carlsbad showed up in a few hours. They did not overcharge and provided great service, polite man and fixed it an hour. Major relief to get such care when everything seemed so terrible. thanks Colepepper and Bryant.

I usually only write reviews if I had a very good or bad experience with a company. Check out my other reviews. I am a San Diego native, so I want to make sure that our town has a reputation of honesty and integrity with business dealings, and that San Diegans aren't getting scr!@ed.
I originally found this company through Angie's list as a special to replace a leaky outside faucet. They cancelled at the last minute twice and then were late to the final booking. For my troubles, they discounted the work by $50. BUT the repairman was great and the repair itself was perfect. So I thought it might just be fluke.
A few months later, when they called me to solicit a maintenance for drain cleaning and inspection, I considered the company again. They said they were running a special for $71, asked if I had any problems, I said no. Then the sales guy asked when was the last time I had the drains cleaned. I told him never. He said I should be doing it every 6 months. So I booked it. I also booked a outdoor faucet repair for my mom's house too.
They cancelled at the last minute at my mom's house and then were late to the reschedule. BUT the repair was great.
Then for my house drain cleaning maintenance job, when the repair person arrived 5 hours late, and three phone calls later, he informed me that I had been misquoted. He said that they only clean one drain for $71. So, I had him clean out and inspect the main line. The repair guy was professional and very courteous. And he gave great information about the drains.
So although the actual work is 5 stars, the management and salespeople at this company are terrible. No one from the company has called to apologize or offer to rectify the hours and hours of my wasted time. This company has potential, but I would not book them if they haven't fixed their management problems.

Chad came out and very professionally fixed my drains to my sinks in my home. I had some toilets that were flooding above my business and he took care of those too. Definitely would recommend them, I would much rather pay someone to fix it once and forget about it than have to worry about it again.

I had the pleasure of David coming to my home today to fix a plumbing issue. He was on time and totally professional. He also had additional supplies the job required in his truck so the job was completed on time. He also made sure the area was neat and clean when he left. I would call these guys back in a second. I thought the price was reasonable too. I don't know what these negative reviews are about, but my experience was top notch. They are my first call next time.

Contrary to some of the other experiences on this review board, mine was actually very positive. We have a newer home that had a backed up toilet, sewage was spilling into the bathtub. I tried snaking the cleanout with a light duty snake, but had no luck. I called Roto Rooter and was quoted $250 plus $79 for an after hour charge. I called Colepepper expecting something similar, but surprisingly they quoted $71 for the service, but $99 (a little higher) as the after hour charge. We have an alternate bathroom, so decided to wait until first thing in the AM. The plumber (Jeff) showed up on time and was very personable. He snaked the line, pulled some debris, but the water was still backed up. Next he tried an alternate cleanout, which had a flush valve dropped in (don't know if that's the right term, but it's an apparatus to prevent city sewage from backing up into the home). He released, and whoosh...problem solved, less a bit of toilet paper/wipes cleanup on the front yard. Yeah, it was a roundabout way to get the job done, but the job was done and for me, having a company and/or someone who's personable, knowledgeable and not bent on gauging ($250 for a snake job seems ridiculous) was worth a 5 star rating. My only knock was that Jeff had a Dodger hat on, and that just ain't cool...to anyone from Oakland.

I had a water leak in my kitchen. I discovered on Saturday evening, I shut off all the water to the house to limit the damage to my hardwood flooring in the kitchen.
I called a few plumbers on Sunday morning to get a quote, unfortunately for me, the only one that called back was Colepepper Plumbing.
They claim to have reasonable rates! I'm a senior citizen on a fixed income. The plumber showed up, looked for the leak, first, he said it was a fitting that failed underneath the house. He crawled back under the house, I turned on the water, no leak!
He came up as he thought the plumbing job would be difficult! He found the leak inside a wall.
This is where the fun began! He claimed, he could not cut away the cabinet and had to call another Company out! They showed up around a half hour later. By the way Colepepper Plumbing, charged me $1200.00, not a misprint! Twelve hundred dollars for less than 3 hours work, yes, it was a Sunday , I talked with a friend, an attorney. He said when he came back in a different life, he would be a plumber, he doesn't even charge that rate!!!
End of story, before I knew it, this company had the cabinet bottom torn out, part of the leak was repaired. I had to call them back as there was another leak, a leaky faucet that the dry out company didn't plug the open valve going to the dishwasher, which they removed!
I would find out later, these Companies work closely together to get work.
First the plumber, then he calls this other team in, before you know it, they have your kitchen all torn up!
Then they say, they have a construction Company that they refer work to.
The Estimator came out, we talked about the issue, by his own admission, these three companies work with each other and are all connected by some business agreement!
PLEASE, PLEASE, CONSIDER USING ANOTHER PLUMBING COMPANY AND AVOID HAPPENING TO YOU WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO US! They damaged a door on a brand new Fisher Paykel dish drawer, has a top and bottom drawer, stainless steel. Had NO blemishes,
It does now!
The owner of that company is more reputable than Colepepper plumbing, he is ordering a new door for the dish drawer.

I have used Colepepper and have had excellent service. They have cleaned drains, found lost wedding rings, replaced a toilet, and today I took advantage of a drain cleaning special they are running. Every plumbing expert they have sent (three now over the years) has been pleasant and professional, knowledgeable, and extremely fair, offering best options and alternatives. I highly recommend them.
