Mark Coleman is now our go to plumber for life.

He is fantastic at rseponding to emails (I don't know how he does it, considering how busy he is and how attentive he is on the job), and has always responded me within the hour. I first contacted him when I needed urgent leak fixes in our crawlspace, and gave him an idea as to what the problem is via email. He set up an appointment immediately to diagnose the problem. Though I had to pay a fee for him to come out, the fee is automatically applied to the work he does (if you choose to go with him).

He said he would come at 8:30 the next day to do the fix, and he was punctual and got straight to work. He even put on blue booties inside the house so as to be clean. He laid a blanket down wherever he worked. Within a couple hours, he was finished with the work and at a reasonable rate! He pointed out other issues that I should look into or that were of concern to him, which I appreciated. For a one man team, Mark works extremely quickly and efficiently. I trust his wordas he never tried to tack on any hidden fees or extra services. It is hard to come by a contractor who can respond your requests quickly... Mark is it. **Best to contact him via email than phone call.
