Jacob was in my bathroom working on replacing shut-off valves when I overheard him speaking about one of his family members. I was shocked when I heard him say """"that idiot can't be a Coleman and be pissing his bed at the age of 12. He must be a retard or something"""". That was just a little too unprofessional for me. I won't be using them again.

They came out the day after Thanksgiving to install a new hot water heater. We couldn't be more pleased. Communication and the service was top notch. Highly recommend!

Coleman (the son) came out twice, once in April and again in May, to fix where the water main came into the house. Well it just busted again and I called out a larger company who says the fittings used were never supposed to be buried and were not installed to code. I'm considering legal action at this point. This is the third time this year that I've had the same section of this pipe bust after being here 14 years.

How often can you say a service call with a plumbing service was a great experience? As funny as it sounds, this has been my experience with Coleman Plumbing. John is a friendly, professional, and straight forward individual that does what he says he's going to do, at the time he says he's going to do it, at the price discussed. Truly dependable, down to earth folks are hard to find. With John and Coleman plumbing, look no further.

It is not necessary to provide details, concerning the plumbing repairs, completed today by John Lusk, from Coleman Plumbing Services. All repairs were completed with the goal of total customer satisfaction. A detailed quote was provided before any work began, in addition to why the repairs were required, and the potential harm that would ensue, if not addressed. Honesty and integrity, a rare commodity these days, was what we received from John. I highly recommend this company!

We recently moved here from California. We don't know a soul so we couldn't rely on any personal recommendations. After reading numerous reviews I selected this company and WOW!! What an awesome and delightful experience. John came out to our home which is really """"off the grid"""" and even though he got a bit lost, he forged on and found us!! Huge kudos ,for not giving up. Anyway, he was polite, friendly, professional and neat! He explained everything to us, options, etc. fair-priced! If I need a plumber again, this is the company I WILL CALL 5-stars in my book!
