Recommended Customer Reviews

Somehow these reviews are from all over the country unless everyone reviewing just have a second home here in Volusia County. Our trusted plumber from Tyler's recommended that I should get our septic tank pumped out and told me I should call Coleman. I called and left a message and I received a call back the same day. The appointment scheduler was super nice and was able to get me an appointment in two days. The technician (Buck) came and was also friendly and knowledgeable. He found our buried septic tank in minutes. I had no idea where it was and told him somewhere different from where it was. He got to work and finished the job quickly and checked by asking me to flush the toilets. He told me the price and said it was $20 cheaper if I paid cash. Although the price was reasonable, I did not have that much cash on me. He was like, """"That's cool. You can just call the office and send a check or give a credit card."""" No processing fee. I Googled the average pump-out price and these guys were lower by 15% - more if you pay cash. Highly recommend. Thank you for a great level of service all around.

I called Coleman Plumbing on Friday to set up an appointment for a new Install on a septic and drain field I was told someone would meet me their Monday between 1:00pm and 3:00pm After waiting over 45 minutes I receive a phone call saying they need to reschedule for Tuesday between 8:00am and 9:00 am. I called them at 9:51am and I was told they could not find the place so it was needed to be rescheduled again to Wednesday between 8:30am and 9:00 am At 9:30 am I called them and was put on hold so they can find out where the driver was at. When they got back to the phone, I was so fed up with all their BS and wasting my time I told them DO NOT EVEN Show up. I will find another company that has better communication skills. And shows up when they say they're going to. Now the SAD part I also feel it may have been the color of my skin or the way I talk. It made me feel like there is so much hatred, prejudice and racism. It looks like they turn away $15,000 or $20,000 or more for a new system.

Took the plumber 4 hours to install our kitchen sink and to replace the guts of our two toilets. I was charged over $600.00 dollars for the call. The toilets did not flush properly once he left. He had to come back a second time.

Called Coleman to look at our water heater at the end of it's life. Jeff arrived and let me know that while they install tankless water heaters, they don't service them. This was my mistake-- I had told the person I had spoken to on the phone that we had a tank heater. Jeff was awesome, took a look and gave me advice, and didn't charge a thing for the service call. Will be using them again for sure!

My washing machine was overflowing from the drain pipe, and I didn't know who to reach out to being new in the area. I ran a Google search and came up with 4 plumbers in the area. I called two and left messages and then Coleman , who Answered immediately. The other two never even called me back! Coleman was able to set up an appointment for two days later and came out on time (arriving 5 minutes early even!) and fixed everything within a matter of an hour and a half. Highly recommend for their timely follow up and excellent work.

My house was flooding due to a water main that broke, when we where putting in a new fridge. Went to shut off main to the house and it broke, we just moved into the area. Bought my house in april and never had a issue. When the water was pouring out of the wall on my floor and into the dinning room all over my carpet. I ran for the towels shop vac and we called the city and them came right out to shut water off in the mean time, my husband was calling every plumber in the area. Some how we called 6 plumbers. Some never called back some said cant come out til tue!! This was a Saturday mind you, we my husband got a live person on the line, a Jeff from colmans plumbing. As we had water going every where he had the nerve to ask a million thing's and acted like he eas being bothered. He was rude and basically laughed at us having a broken main and having to call the city. Well thanks for the help!! And the water bill? I have never seen such bad rude service. My husband was pissed. Being a union forman up north, in Boston it was unbelievable. I mean we had cash money and where willing to pay good money for the work and fast service, but the plumbers down here are lazy rude and half of them said 24 hour service but yet nothing!! I mean I know the pay is crappy here but come on. Its so unprofessional to treat a maybe custmor in need. His loss our gain we finally found a plumber willing to work. I understand the trades dont get union rate like up north, but hello?? Do u want to make money at all? The lack of work ethic here is unbelievable very slow very poor very unprofessional. We ended up happy after a flooded house we finally got a great plumber come from Daytona to Edgewater!!! Fixed everything and saved the day. So with the endless water, and a huge water bill and wrecked floors, I want to thank this company. If they had any common sense at all never let this man answer any calls, the plumber that came did a great job and got union rate plus a tip, why because he was willing to work and was fast and professional. And to come from Daytona cause noone called back or cared to work. If u ever have a water or plumbing proublem here just use flex seal, cause the service here is awful. Never again had to run a pool hose off the water line til city came. Unreal nightmare. If u dont want to work then dont advertise. Or change the name to lazy and care free!! so so mad..

I scheduled an appointment. They never showed and didn't call to let me know why. I called to get status, left voice message to let them know no one had shown up. They called back and left a voice message (with no explanation on the no-show) which I returned within 2 minutes but I again had to leave another message. They never called back.

Replaced water heater at fair price. They are first on my list when I need a plumber. Good job.

I had a bathroom remodel, IKEA, very difficult to figure out how to plumb in sink. Coleman sent two plumbers, highly qualified to get job done. Great job, will always use Coleman.

This was a basic installation of a tankless water heater. It ended up taking over three hours and three additional vans had to come because the basic parts were not on the original van (or the 2nd van to arrive, or the third van to arrive). The technician literally spent 50 minutes at the van waiting for parts or talking to the coworkers that came. My electrician wanted to come second to do the panel work and connect but the plumber insisted on the phone twice that they had to do the final electrical hookup so they could test the unit. Of course, when they arrived they said more had to be done to connect the unit so my electrician had to make a second trip to finish the job. I paid for the job but do not recommend them to anyone.
