They misdiagnosed the problem and charged me double compared to market rate. They were willing to credit me for the misdiagnosis but then for the second attempt they wanted to charged me more than 5 times what another plumber charge because they were attempting to do unnecessary extra work. Save your hard earned money and valuable time and use someone else.

I bought an entire Heating and AC unit from them 8 years ago and it broke 6 years later, instead of fixing the problem on a unit that was under warranty, they sold me another unit for $7000, now it is two years later and the unit broke again! They told me for $7000 they will fix the issue that they should have fixed with the first install. This company it garbage! DO NOT hire them for any thing!!! I have been waiting two months for someone from their company to call me back. SCAM artist!!! Filing a complaint with the BBB right now!

Cole Services is an Upcharge Scam Operation. I've had my main sewer line cabled before. Simple root clearance about 8 years ago...so it seemed like a routine service. Cole offers cheap cabling. The crew was incompetent or dishones (both in my opinion). They didn't have proper wrenches. Went back to the shop to get better tools and also used MY large wrench to open a Clean Out Nut. They claimed to hit a serious blockage and showed me an obsured image on their camera. They told me the front door clean out port only led back into the house. (Nonsense!) They quoted me nearly $5,000 to replace the Clean Out Port and then investigate the blockage after that. (Nothing wrong with it.) As a partial measure they recommended the Hydro Jet service for a whopping $1,700 (Several times the industry average charge.) I authorized the work to start the next morning...and then called around for ""Second Opinions"" Another HONEST Plumber performed the Hydro Jet Service the next morning....using the ""defective"" Clean Out Port and cleared a root ball just 12 feet from my front door. Also, the HONEST Plumber told me that the roots could have been cleared with the regular cable rooting service. So...Cole Services tried to charge me many thousands of dollars for work not needed AND, because of their dishonesty, I spent hundreds more than necessary for Hydro Jet cleaning. I'm convinced the Cole was not merely mistaken in their diagnosis. They are pirates. Avoid Cole Services like the plague.

worst company! do your research, they updated our whole unit a few years back & aside from draining us for that we were in contract for our maintenance with them. every visit something was wrong & charged $500! mind you they are the only people that have touched our unit and our filter was never a covered expense even after they told us that it would be. the plan they gave us covered a standard filter and ours wasn't. THEY ARE THE ONES THAT INSTALLED OUR UNITS IN THE FIRST PLACE. communication between the technicians to the contract people to the supervisors was basically non existent. they would blame each other but no one was ever held accountable. after our contract was done after our last visit just a few weeks ago our A/C started acting up. it was running perfectly before that day. currently looking for someone to come and fix it. save your money and look elsewhere!

We had a leak in our laundry room and Nick from Cole services came out and fixed the issue. He was very polite, punctual and clean. He told us about the Cole Comfort Club but didn't push the sale. Just provided the information for us to review. We would definitely call Cole Services again in the future.

Cole did fix the problem and everything is up to par I also had another pipe bust while they were fixing the current problem with the halo system and thanks to Carlos everything is being repaired

Shady as hell. They wanted to sell us additional services for an outrageous amount. When I said I had to think about it or at least get a second opinion, they went from being nice to doing half ass work. They also charged my credit card without my consent AND before the job was complete. When I called them out on it, they tried to convince me they finished the job by sending me a random picture of a plumber standing next to a drain. When my husband was able to present them with the initial quote and job description, they finally sent someone back to finish the job. The worst part was that the guy on the phone was patronizing to me as if I didn't know what I was talking about. I could hear him let out a huge sigh as if I was wasting his time. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. I had a second plumber come out and he told me the additional services they wanted to bill me for were unnecessary. He left without doing any further work. I appreciated his honesty.
