I had a very serious problem with my sewer backups and we had 2 different plumbing companies look at it, and they both said they couldn't fix it without tearing everything out. Coldrite plumbing assured me they would fix the problem and minimize the replacement of existing pipes. Larry was fantastic and very knowledgeable with the problems that we had. We needed a plumber to coordinate with the company that was installing our new kitchen counter top. We needed to have the plumbing disconnected before they installed the counter top and reconnect it after it was installed. Coldwright did a flawless job of coordinating with the installers, and the reconnect job looked better than before. We are having Coldwright back for some additional work in our home.

I called Coldwright about a toilet which was coming loose from the base. Larry came right out the next morning. Although there was a problem with the floorboards in our old farmhouse, he improvised a solution. Great work!

We had an issue with our water heater and oil burner, and had no hot water. Larry came out on a Sunday, and spent a good amount of time diagnosing the issue. He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Ultimately, the issue was more of a furnace issue, and not the water heater. He charged us a nominal fee, and followed up today to make sure we got the issue resolved. That is customer service! We will definitely be using Coldwright for all of our plumbing needs.
