This is the third time we have used Cold is on the Right Plumbing. This is another 5-star review. On time (early actually) and the repair was spot on. We needed an external faucet replaced and it was done quickly with no extra charges. Great outfit.

Had a huge water bill in my mobile home. They sent two very young men out to find a possible leak. First they checked the toilets. Said there were NO leaks. No leaks under the house so it MUST be a leak in the water line. Gave me an estimate of over $7,000. In talking with the water district, they suggested I turn off the guest toilet. I did and my water meter showed NO water usage. Called a different plumber the following day. He found that my toilet was, indeed, losing water. Fixed it. This is unacceptable. I was about ready to spend thousands though I don't have that kind of money! Steer clear of this company!

About a month ago, I was working to buy a home I was currently renting and negotiating the cost with the homeowner. We decided we would find the cost of estimated repairs needed on the home and adjust the sales price accordingly. One thing I knew was there were roots growing in the old main line out of the house. Called COTR to come out and video scope it so I could have footage to show the homeowner. I paid $250, when I asked for the video they said they did not take any video, they just looked at the scope live. Then did not receive a quote until I followed up. When I did follow up all I received was a photo of a labor proposal agreement. No call from a rep to talk me through the repairs or suggestions. Quote was also double what I received from another company. $250 down the drain (pun certainly intended). Two stars because perhaps it was my fault for presuming they would take video or at least photos in 2020.

Beware of unscrupulous practices. We had an issue with a toilet, they came out and said that it was unfixable and had to replace the entire toilet, proceeded to give me an estimated of $900 for the job. I went to a plumbing store and bought the part and replaced it myself in under 20 minutes. The guy that came out CLEARLY was scamming me. The store I went to laughed at the comments and the estimate from Cold is on the Right. Such disgusting practices. Shame on you!!!

Had a jacuzzi tub leak. Called Plumb Masters and was delighted to hear they were on the way within 30 minutes. Oliver arrived and in minutes he had diagnosed the problem, replaced the faulty part (s) and we were back in business.
We are very pleased with the service and quality of the work done. We will not hesitate to call Plumb Masters in the future.

I had a toilet replaced by Cold is on the Right maybe a year ago. We bought our own toilet, which wasn't a problem for them. It took them a very short amount of time to install it.

Last night our hot water heater went out. I called them this morning and they had two repair folks at my house in just a few hours. They were all extremely polite, explained the issue well, and explained my options. Once again, they were quick to fix the issue.

I'll definitely call them next time something comes up.

I tried to be ambitious and fix a shower faucet myself which was the wrong strategy! After making things worse and creating a leak I realized I needed to turn to a professional and fast. I called Cold is on the Right Plumbing and they answered my call immediately. The nice lady explained that she could have someone over to my house in an hour! I was shocked because it was Friday afternoon and I figured it would be the next day or possibly Monday at the earliest.

Mike and John showed up in their very cool truck (what a great company name) and were both super friendly and knowledgeable. I liked how they entered the house with foot protection so my house stays clean. I also think it was great that they came as a team because one individual needed to be in the house troubleshooting and the other individual needed to turn on and off the water main.

After about 20-30 minutes they came to realize that I needed a new faucet cartridge and unfortunately they did not have the part on the truck. This is understandable because there are so many different faucets available that they can't possibly stock everything. So the team was able to find the correct part at a nearby Home Depot and they drove to pick it up. Sure enough, the shower faucet worked again like new and they did a great job of mounting and caulking everything back together again. While they were here I also had them fix the bathtub faucet that never seemed to get hot and the master shower which they gladly fixed in about 10 minutes!

Their fee was very fair and Mike and John were total pros. I highly recommend Cold is on the Right Plumbing for great quality and affordable service!
