I had a toilet replaced by Cold is on the Right maybe a year ago. We bought our own toilet, which wasn't a problem for them. It took them a very short amount of time to install it.

Last night our hot water heater went out. I called them this morning and they had two repair folks at my house in just a few hours. They were all extremely polite, explained the issue well, and explained my options. Once again, they were quick to fix the issue.

I'll definitely call them next time something comes up.

I tried to be ambitious and fix a shower faucet myself which was the wrong strategy! After making things worse and creating a leak I realized I needed to turn to a professional and fast. I called Cold is on the Right Plumbing and they answered my call immediately. The nice lady explained that she could have someone over to my house in an hour! I was shocked because it was Friday afternoon and I figured it would be the next day or possibly Monday at the earliest.

Mike and John showed up in their very cool truck (what a great company name) and were both super friendly and knowledgeable. I liked how they entered the house with foot protection so my house stays clean. I also think it was great that they came as a team because one individual needed to be in the house troubleshooting and the other individual needed to turn on and off the water main.

After about 20-30 minutes they came to realize that I needed a new faucet cartridge and unfortunately they did not have the part on the truck. This is understandable because there are so many different faucets available that they can't possibly stock everything. So the team was able to find the correct part at a nearby Home Depot and they drove to pick it up. Sure enough, the shower faucet worked again like new and they did a great job of mounting and caulking everything back together again. While they were here I also had them fix the bathtub faucet that never seemed to get hot and the master shower which they gladly fixed in about 10 minutes!

Their fee was very fair and Mike and John were total pros. I highly recommend Cold is on the Right Plumbing for great quality and affordable service!

They did a great job replacing two tank water heaters in my home. I quoted one other company and it was very close to the same price which tells me they are fair priced. Very professional, knowledgeable, and on time.

Second service call to install a kitchen sink faucet and soap dispenser. The crew did it in 1/2 hour. Smooth and no problems whatsoever. These guys are the go to plumbers in Austin as far as I'm concerned.

Cold is on the Right Plumbing dispatched two plumbers to my house within about an hour of calling them and had the problem diagnosed, explained in detail and fixed in no time. They were friendly and professional and honest/up-front about costs, letting me know in advance before doing anything that incurred additional expense.

I would definitely use this company for my plumbing needs again and will recommend them to others, as well.

I also really appreciate the company name because I've often found myself in a hotel where the hot and cold are reversed in the shower and wondered... what kind of plumber would make this mistake? Not these guys!

Holy Crap! An honest plumber!

Another plumber came out and said $1500+ for a "patch" and these guys came out and said, "Going to make your day, but your neighbor has an issue". Traced the leak up to the neighbors house and checked both meters to confirm the neighbors meter was spinning and mine wasn't. Was happy that someone else didn't destroy my yard without even verifying which meter was spinning.

Definitely would call them again if needed. Number 1 on my list.

Simply fantastic. I met with them due to an issue with my new custom home having some issues. Seems that the original plumber did not do the job correctly. Brendin went out of his way with several follow up phone calls to help with assessing the issues. Seems that the house was plumbed with two tanks with parallel sets of lines when the tanks should have been in series AND a check valve was forgotten for the hot water recirc pump! They suggested and replaced two less efficient hot water heaters for one with an on demand heater to supplement when needed. So far my electric bill has been cut in half! The crew showed up at the appointed date/time with all needed equipment, were very polite/respectful, and fixed all the issues for a great price! It would not be possible for me to be happier with their service.
