Bottom line up front: The best in home repair service I've ever used. I called their office and was fit into the schedule the same day. Received a coordinating phone call that he was enroute and 30 minutes away (Right on time). Upon arrival John was very professional, friendly, clean, and ready to work. I had a list of items for him to work through. He diligently trouble shot all of my issues, took time to explain what and how he fixed it. He cleaned up any mess made from the repair. I had purchased a garbage disposal earlier that day. I planned on installing it, but John seemed excited at the opportunity to install it for me. It took him no time at all. He took the time to explain the benefits and features of the unit I bought at (Home Depot). I inquired about a water softener system and tankless water system as well. By the end of his service call, I was VERY impressed. I believe he cared more about fixing my plumbing problems correctly than my pocket book. It was a check I was very pleased to right. I expected to pay more than I did. I will be hiring Colburn Enterprises for installing a water softener home system and drinking water filtration system. Colburn Enterprises will now be my go to, period. Give them a call, like me, you'll be glad you did.

I can't say enough about how pleased we were with plumbing services from Colburn Enterprises. John replaced our soft water tank and also replaced the shower pan drain assembly in our upstairs master bathroom. The drain assembly was more complicated because he had to go up through our downstairs ceiling to get to it. Both repairs were relatively quick and the costs were very reasonable. John was very knowledgeable, thorough, and was very patient with me when I asked questions. He was so friendly and personable. Next time we have an issue we know just who to call!

Great Service and Reasonable Price.
We just bought a brand new house in Henderson, so we need to have a water filter to be installed. I found Colburn Enterprises on Yelp and willing to give it a try. It turned out perfectly. I called them in the morning and John came over in the afternoon quickly installed our water filter. He's a very kind and easy going man. My husband and I like their service and will definitely recommend them.

I contacted Colburn because of their five star reviews; Amber responded very quickly to each message I sent. Once I was ready to book I was able to set up an appointment the next day. I needed to have my water softener installed on my water loop in my new home. It is a small family business and everyone is so polite and nice. They did a great job installing my water softener! After installation, John (I think that's his name) went over every detail of how the softener works, and put a sticker on it in case I had any questions I could call him. My water softener works fantastically! I immediately noticed a difference in the water. Thank you for doing such a great job.

Needed to have a reverse osmosis system installed and was quoted a very reasonable price that included drilling a hole into our metal sink. I like that they also didn't try to sell me on a different RO system. John was on time and they give a 2 hour window versus some companies give a 4 hour window. He took the time to explain how to get the system started and maintenance required. The communication with the office to schedule the appointment was effortless. Will definitely be saving their number for future plumbing/water issues. FYI for those needed a hole drilled in granite, they also have a person that can do that for you as well.

I am extremely satisfied with this company. We had to replace our water softener and it was outside. We needed to repair the stucco behind it. John came out and removed the old one and carried it off. He returned a few weeks later and installed new one. Everyone we dealt with were very friendly and professional
