We had a leak in our condo unit which was leaking down into the unit below ours. Nicky came to the residence and tightened the valve that he thought was causing the leak and told us this would solve the problem. He offered to remove and replace the plastic box that is behind our washing machine for an additional cost, never explaining that he would at that time replace the leaky valves. Thinking that our problems were solved I declined this additional expensive service believing it was only cosmetic. Well, guess what? The problem was not solved and the leak continued. This caused an enormous problem for me and my neighbor. I incurred and additional charge of $900 to repair the leak and my neighbor has to have his entire ceiling, walls and carpet to be ruined. The bill to my insurance company has reached thousands of dollars and of course my rates will now climb. Stay away! Don't expect this company to fix your problems.

I picked Cohen Plumbing based on their Yelp rating and let me tell you they deserve the 5 stars. First to all Stacy in the office was very helpful when I was not sure if the new faucet I purchased would work to be replaced. Her customer service is the best! Nicky came and did the work and I can't say enough about how great he is. He was on time and he did a fantastic job. He cleaned up after himself as you would never know he was here. They are my go to plumbing company from now on.
