I called Cohen Plumbing to help with a water leak and they got back to me almost immediately to schedule me. When the leak got worse and became a more urgent situation, they weren't able to get to me quickly because of other scheduled appointments but they referred me to another business immediately and I was able to get an appointment with them. If I ever need a plumbing service again, Cohen will be my first call! They were so friendly and responsive!

Small business with the highest level of professionalism. Love these two and I've known them for years. Every time we've remodeled we've used them. They are extremely helpful. We had a lot of questions and they were very flexible with us. I'm always amazed at how kind they are to the rudest customers. I choose them over anyone else because they are honest, hardworking, and fair.

Leaky pull down faucet, quick response by Stacey on Yelp inquiry and she told me how to check what brand it is, and which brands are good about honoring warranties that you didn't think about. Nick showed up promptly, and identified my faucet brand for me (which I was not successful at myself) and said the company was good at honoring warranties for the original owners...and asked if I wanted to contact the company to save money on paying for a new faucet...but it would delay service until the replacement would get there. I truly appreciated that...but my wife was ready for it to be fixed now. You already know how this quarantine plumbing story ends...are you going to mess with a lady a couple of months into the quarantine over saving some money? Luckily, I'm still pulling a paycheck and can make the less dramatic decision. Friendly honest and quick service...

I called Cohen Plumbing randomly and I am super glad I did- they worked hard to find an old part to fix a shower handle (the on/ off/ hot/ cold handle) in my rental. Their service was super quick (especially considering the weird part situation) and can you believe my bill was surprisingly super reasonable! thank you guys so much

Nicki did come the same day I called to replace a water heater and said he would have the office to schedule a date. Three days of following up I was never was placed on the schedule. The office said """"emergencies first"""" and a week later still no contact. I wish they would have explained they were a one man shop and big jobs would have to wait until they had time but had one idea when that would be

Stacey and Nick were fantastic. We needed a replacement hot water heater on a rental property, and their service was above and beyond superb. Stacey even sent texts to me after hours. My tenants were pleased, and so are my wife and I.

Cohen Plumbing is reliable, honest, hard-working and most importantly--friendly! I can't tell you how many other companies (you know the ones with the fancy trucks) have some of the worst customer service you'll ever experience. There is a huge difference from dealing with a family business like Cohen Plumbing, than a larger company with a high turn-over rate, and are only sending disgruntled employees who's only care is when they get to clock out of the job. When you have somebody in your own home, I would think you'd want somebody you can trust and can expect to do the job right the first time. We now call Cohen for any of our plumbing needs because they're prompt, considerate and very reasonable.
