They did the plumbing on my custom home in Riverview. I had so many issues with their work, I don't know where to start. First, I'd say they need to stick to track homes. I had to deal with water leaks, shower not working (9 visits to get it right), sloppy hose bib install, did not follow templates for wall mounted water heater and not clearing pipes before installing fixtures. If your contractor is using this company, you may want to inspect everything yourself.

Coggins was recommended to me by a neighbor, the sales rep that came out was professional as was the staff at the office however that was where the professionalism ended. We had a whole home re-pipe and found that the work performed was not best practices when it came to where and how they ran the new pipes. Example, pvc pipe should not be run where base board nails might puncture the pipe. After the repipe was complete, I found that they had mounted the pipe leading to the exterior hose bib crooked and not plumb (horizontal). When I called to have it corrected it took two trips for them to recognize and then make more holes in the side of my home to correct. When it came time for the permitting approval they painted not just the pipe (code requirement) but also my brick and patio pavers as a result of careless use of spray paint with no masking. Then, we get charged additional fees for permitting and red tag fines which were not explained to us, these are a result of our hectic schedules and not being able to stay home for four hour windows of time. This could have been resolved again with better communication. For this large a job with as much money at hand I can't believe they would charge any additional fees.

Chris came out on time and was very nice. He was very thorough in explaining what was actually wrong, what caused it and what he could do to fix it. I had three different simple leak problems and he fixed them quickly I even asked him about a problem I knew he couldn't fix under my bathroom tiles and he recommended to me what I most likely needed to do. He was there a little over an hour and I was expecting a high fee but was surprised when he quoted $140 for just a little over an hours work. I really like that the base price for a visit is $125 for one hour. Chris was great, nice, answered any questions I had. Making an appointment was easy and they would have gotten me in the same day I called but I just needed the next day.

Same as previous post issues with plumbing after customizing home called them to fix and spent 3.5 hours and charge me 300 and still not fixed
