I would leave zero stars, if I could. Do a real deep dive on them once. They're a horrid company. If you hire them, be prepared for the worst experience.

Rest in peace Eric Haider...

Eric was buried alive because of this company's lack of morals or safety precautions. He deserved so much better. So did his family. The hole filling employee was on his phone while presumably burying him which is corroborated by phone records as well as Eric's pacemaker...

The company took no precautions or accountability afterwards and instead tried only to cover their asses for years on end. This happened in 2012 but was covered up.

The police initially took five days to interview the parties involved. They had all that time to come up with the same story. The employees gave the police false information that he left to cash a paycheck at a bank (which was later found in his lunchbox). They gave them false information on where to dig and were also in charge of the actual digging! The investigation was closed. He wasn't initially found and the family had to hire private investigator after PI and finally one was able to get people digging there again. Three years after the incident. They finally found his body not even ten feet away from the initial dig site.

Not one apology to or attempt to help the family financially or otherwise was made by this company. His story was covered up for years. No more. They need to be held accountable and shut down and the monsters involved charged.

If I could give them 0 stars I would, they are responsible for the death of Eric Heider who was buried alive on a Cofell job site by negligent workers and covered up by the company. I am thoroughly disgusted by their actions and am shocked they are still operating. Shame on them.
