In 2004 we moved into a home in the country that had baseboard heating. We decided the first priority was to install a central heating and air conditioning system; no easy task in a house 17 years old. By the grace of God, we contacted CDA Sheet Metal, and they worked with us to install a heat pump system that met our needs and desires.
The installation was done quickly and professionally and the system has functioned efficiently and perfectly for fifteen years. We have had them continue to provide yearly maintenance, and when the time comes for an upgrade, it will be CDA Sheet Metal that we will choose to tackle that job as well.

James has been to my house twice and was so knowledgeable and fair. I felt he was honest and wanted to do a clean neat excellent work. I had him install a overhead microwave and a gas stove each time he came he wore booties and brought everything he needed and took appropriate measurements to complete the job thoroughly. I have already commissioned him for some more estimates, but I am sure I have had so many ill results before that I will certainly use this company and particularly ask for James!!

Worst business dealing I have ever had!
I made arrangements to come pick up a product he was selling (one of a kind). We talked at length about when I would be there. I sent him a deposit. Talked with him that morning, and everything was good. Then I drove for 6 hours to get there. When I showed up, he had a chip on his shoulder from the start. He said that he sold it to someone else!! I was taken aback and asked about the deposit and communication. He got livid at my questioning, threatened me in front of my daughter, and got physically aggressive! Said he was going to put me in the hospital! Why? Because he sold it from under me? Because he screwed me? I just drove 6 hours to pick this up!
The guy should be arrested! He is aggressive, a bully, piss poor business policies, a crook, and who makes verbal attacks and threats in front of kids?! Something is seriously wrong with this guy.
How is this guy not behind bars?
I have never met someone that goes out of their way to screw people! STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS, HE MAY VERY WELL BEAT YOU UP!!!

If there were at -100 star rating that's what I would choose. How can a company charge almost $500 for 1.5 lbs of freeon for a home AC without telling you what they were doing or how much it would cost? I was told it was because no one else was available because the weather was so hot after the fact. So they charged me an overage fee without even telling me! And the Russian service tech they sent out to me did a horrible job! And how can the owner of a company be so abusive with his response when I called him. If you want to find out more, please see the BBB complaint on file. Never ever do business with this company. Yes, I'd agree with Teuvo. Please spare yourself any stress or worries for doing business with someone like this. I've never ever had this type of terrible business with anyone in over 30 years.

Bad business... I'm sure the owner Michael Poole puts on a smile for big clients and wealthy clients but when I visited their store to inquire about a piece of metal for my stove Michael was so rude and disrespectful I can't believe he's in business!! He must hide the side of himself he showed me from most of his clients or he'd never make a dollar.

I had simple questions that anyone not experienced with metal working would have and Michael treated my like I was stupid and told me to leave his story, even calling me names on the way out as I expressed my disbelief with his attitude.

BAD BUSINESS plain and simple. Go somewhere else if you care about supporting businesses with quality ownership that respect the customer no matter what.

This company way overcharges. I had annual service done on heat pump which cost over $300. I accepted that. 3 days later system did not work. Called to fix. Tech identified problem quickly which was a $50 capacitor. They said they deducted $100 because of recent service but still came to $310 for 30 minutes work. Claimed extra labor was travel. Talked on phone to owner to complain and he was extremely condescending. Will not do business again.
