My entire experience with the company went very well, from my initial communication with two ladies at the office, to clean-up by the two gentlemen who did the installation.

I actually bought two Energy Star water heaters myself, which qualified for nice gas company rebates, and asked several top-rated plumbing companies to bid on only the installation. Cody & Sons had the lowest price, so I went with them and never regretted it.

Two men (Phillip, a Master Plumber and his apprentice Cody) showed up near the beginning of the 2-hour time window (which is always nice). After seeing my old and new water heaters and the difficult accessibility to the installation spaces, Phillip quickly realized that they would need a third helper since the units weighed about 150 lbs each and had to go straight up into the opening at the pull-down stairs in order to clear the hatch springs.

They went right to work, putting shoe covers on and covering everything in the house that might get wet or damaged. The third helper arrived in another truck once they were ready to install the new water heaters. The installation went very smoothly. They cleaned the attic areas and the house so that you could never tell they were there.

They made sure that I was satisfied with the job in every way, and gave me a two-year warranty on the work. I've found that, when your company reflects your family name, you tend to take pride in your work and that was the case here. I would call Cody & Sons again in a heartbeat!

I tried to reach Cody and sons (CS) via phone and left voice mail. They were prompt in returning my call and the reps arrived within the stated timeframe. The plumber and apprentice were efficient, very competent, and reasonably priced for services rendered. They took the extra time to answer other questions and provided recommendations for which hardware stores would have the proper parts for our older plumbing infrastructure. I highly recommend CS.

Plumbers James and Trevor showed up on time and repaired the problem at a more than reasonable price. If I could make this review 0 stars I would. Cody & Sons do not take responsibility for their mistakes. I recently called the plumbers Cody & Sons to come out and look at a problem I had with my dishwasher. After two trips, not only did they not fix my dishwasher, but they caused a new problem. Now, fresh water pours into my dishwasher. I have to use a ShopVac to vacuum up the fresh water every four hours. This NEVER happened before they came out. Cody & Sons have refused to take responsibility for their mistake. I am really worried about what this is going to do to my water bill.

Cody & Sons came out earlier today and worked on my parent's house. This is the 1st time we have used them, but based on their knowledge, quality of work, pricing (fair/reasonable and accurate), and the manner in which they worked (not killing time and cleaned up after themselves for the most part), we will certainly use them again.

Also their service techs were very professional and on time.

My home needed a new hot water heater. Cody and Phil came out Saturday morning. They worked around my schedule with great customer service. They were not pushy salesman. The price was extremely fair. They worked hard and were respectful around my family. They made the entire process extremely easy.

Something that really stood out about this company was the set appointment time. In my experience, most companies would say "we'll be there between 9 and 12". We scheduled for 9:00, they were at my front door by 8:45.

I plan to use Cody & Sons for all of my work. I highly recommend.

Nice work repairing a leaky gas line to an outside fire pit. Workers were timely, friendly, and efficient. They helped with getting Atmos to turn gas back on the same day. I would use them again.

Very Rude and disrespectful.

Field tech blocked the city st. He would NOT move his van to let us through. So we Called the owner of cody plumbing to ask why. He defended his worker and did not ask him stop blocking the st.

Needles to say they blocked the street in our neighborhood for 5 days straight! Very disappointing.
