We were referred to Brent by a friend. We have two different irrigation systems in a house we recently moved into with no documentation or help from the previous owners.

One of the systems is for the pasture and hasn't worked in a good while. No other irrigation company wanted to even deal with it. And one of the big name companies just said it should all be replaced for $30 grand rather than making an effort to diagnose.

Brent and his team showed up and started tracing the valves and wiring in the pasture immediately and stayed on that til they figured out how the pasture system was loaded from the well-fed pond pump. And they found a leaking valve that was impacting the pressure in my primary yard system.

Brent is a lovely guy, great to speak with and salt of the earth. He was also gracious enough to go over to my neighbors home and make a quick repair there.

Our sprinkler system had stopped working and I could not find the problem myself. Brent Cody and his team found the problem within minutes, explained everything in detail and what needed to be done. Outlined possible other issues they may run into and a rough estimate of the cost. All the work that was being done was explained along the way. They stayed close to the estimated price even though a few more things popped up as they were fixing the system. He went through setting up the schedule and explained how it should be set up at this time of year. Overall a great experience and would use again in the future.

Had a slow leak in our sprinkler system that was quite large on our water bill.
So we looked online and called a friend in Dallas who knows about these things.
My wife liked Cody's testimonials and my friend said he had actually worked with him in the past and recommended him. I asked my friend what something like that might cost and Cody hit the price on the head when he quoted me, so I asked if he could start to do it for that price and an additional item I asked him about.
Brent started to dig right away and was done in a reasonably short time.
He also explained to me what I was up against and some other tips.
I could tell he was looking at us as a long term customer which means alot to us.
We already asked when we could get some other services done and looks like January... Brent Cody will be stopping by our house again!

Got a free estimate and it was a fair price and right in line with what we were expecting. They showed up for the work on time and were very courteous and efficient finishing up in less than a day and a half. Will definitely be using them again for future landscaping projects.
