Sent a message via yelp. Company responded very quickly asking a follow up question. I replied immediately and got no response. I later called the company and there was no answer. Still haven't received a response from company. I cannot rate their work just the difficult time I had attempting to communicate with them.

Our sprinkler system had stopped working and I could not find the problem myself. Brent Cody and his team found the problem within minutes, explained everything in detail and what needed to be done. Outlined possible other issues they may run into and a rough estimate of the cost. All the work that was being done was explained along the way. They stayed close to the estimated price even though a few more things popped up as they were fixing the system. He went through setting up the schedule and explained how it should be set up at this time of year. Overall a great experience and would use again in the future.

Had a slow leak in our sprinkler system that was quite large on our water bill.
So we looked online and called a friend in Dallas who knows about these things.
My wife liked Cody's testimonials and my friend said he had actually worked with him in the past and recommended him. I asked my friend what something like that might cost and Cody hit the price on the head when he quoted me, so I asked if he could start to do it for that price and an additional item I asked him about.
Brent started to dig right away and was done in a reasonably short time.
He also explained to me what I was up against and some other tips.
I could tell he was looking at us as a long term customer which means alot to us.
We already asked when we could get some other services done and looks like January... Brent Cody will be stopping by our house again!

Contacted this company via YELP about a sprinkler tune up. They responded quickly and quoted me a price. I scheduled a time and we went from there.

Brent showed up this morning at the scheduled time and went over my sprinkler system very thoroughly. He explained everything that he was doing and even programmed my watering cycle to be more efficient and cost less on water expenses.

He replaced several spray heads and had to raise a few more to work properly. He told me what the price would be before he did any work.

I was very impressed with the passion and skill that he showed towards his work. My system is running better than ever. Highly recommend Cody Irrigation. Will definitely use this company from now on.
