We had Gary come out for our bathroom - he actually just left, and I felt the need to review. His team did such amazing work on our guest bathroom, which was a job that I know was difficult. We hired him based off a recommendation of a good friend, and we are so thankful we did. Aside from being extremely personable, he did fabulous work - super clean and very reasonable and fair. He is a really good guy - not someone who is going to run out on a job. He really went above and beyond and definitely puts the customer's satisfaction first. He is totally reliable. I highly recommend Cody Co. I used them to remodel my master bathroom, and second bathroom, (pretty much gutted both) installed wood trim throughout my house and installed all new interior doors Gary and his guys did an amazing job and made sure everyday their work area was cleaned. The best around! We just had Cody Co. remodel our master bathroom, as well as complete some other work in our home, and we could not be happier! Gary and the guys showed up on time every day, never leaving our project to go to another job, and were professional, hard-working, knowledgeable and extremely talented. We love our new bathroom, and we are thrilled with the quality of their work. You can definitely tell the attention they pay to each and every detail throughout the entire project.

They were also incredibly conscientious about making sure the rest of our house stayed cleaned, and made sure drop cloths were put down each day, and even taped off the bathroom completely so no dust would get in to our bedroom and cleaned everything up each and every day of the project.

The estimate was detailed and very reasonable. They explained each step of the process to us, and helped with any questions we had. They even finished up a little ahead of schedule, and were able to complete a few other projects in our home, including added recessed lighting to our living room, and were able to come back a few weeks later to paint a few of our bedrooms and baseboards!

Again, we are so happy with the work Cody Co did in our home, and will most definitely use them again, and are recommending them to everyone we know.

If anyone is considering hiring Gary Crumpler and his company, Cody Co to do remodeling in your home, we would strongly recommend to reconsider. He remodeled our master bathroom in 2019 and we've been having issues with the quality of his contractors' work ever since: Crooked tiles, badly applied sealers, cracked walls, etc. But to top it all, we recently discovered that they had not properly welded copper water pipe connection in the bathroom wall which caused a continuous leak and, over time, the damage to the supporting beam of the house. Gary refused to take responsibility for the problem when we asked him to reimburse us for the repairs that had been caused by his contractors' negligence. We ended up paying over $2k to have everything fixed, including the reinforcement of the beam. We will never use his services again.

These guys are GREAT! Mike led the remodel of my master bath. He was detailed in his estimate and reviewed ever step of the process with me. Most important, he showed up every day and wasn't running off to work on another project. They do one job at a time and finish every little detail before they move on to the next project. Mike even came back three weeks later to finish the install of a glass shower door that had shipped damaged. I can't say enough good things about Cody Co. They're great!
