Our recent experience with Codiak after dealing with other companies in town has us convinced that we will only call Codiak for any future plumbing service. They were obviously skilled and clearly cared about making sure that they did an accurate assessment of the cause of the problem (backed up sewer line) before telling us what we might need to do about it.
