We started by supporting my husband, and it quickly turned into a commitment to ensure our clients felt valued. Consequently, we participated in training sessions, completed online courses, and became certified in tankless and tank water heaters. With each new piece of knowledge, we improved our ability to support you, the homeowner, over the phone prior to our technician's arrival. We wanted to guarantee that you received accurate information, no matter how unpleasant it might be; we don’t soften the truth, and we always adhere to the codes. Your family's well-being and comfort in your home are our top concerns. Having been customers ourselves, we understand the frustration of being misled or ignored simply because we are “homeowners.” Together, with your trust and our knowledge, we can show you the right way to plumb—the Code Right Plumbing way. We are grateful you found us; we are eager to demonstrate that honest contractors are still out there. I never expected to work in plumbing, but here I am, and I truly enjoy it. I find joy in helping homeowners. I possess degrees in psychology and Applied Behavioral Analysis, which helps me connect better with our homeowners. I have also finished courses on Rinnai tankless systems, Rheem, AO Smith water heaters, and other plumbing topics. I am in the process of acquiring my journeyman license. My husband, who holds the Master Plumbing license in GA and AL, oversees our commercial division, I gained this knowledge to ensure I could assist homeowners over the phone during stressful situations. I took charge of the residential side because I wanted homeowners to feel that someone was on their side, advocating for their plumbing requirements. I genuinely care because I am a homeowner too, and I wish the contractors I dealt with in the past had demonstrated similar care.
