I had a serious irrigation leak last week at 7:30pm and Code Red saved me. I called and explained the situation and they sent Tod to my house within minutes. We had no idea where the leak was coming from, but Tod figured it out really quickly and dug right in. I love to learn, so he let me ""help"" him by asking a million questions and holding a flashlight while he did the hard work. He came back the next morning once things had dried out to complete the job and get my water back on. He even worked with my landscaper to get the irrigation system up and running again. Honestly, Tod was amazing and Code Red earned a loyal customer.

We replaced our aged spigot the other day but there was still a leak right at the base where the copper pipe connects to the spigot. It just so happened that a Code Red Emergency Plumbing van was only a few houses away working on some plumbing issues for our neighbor. We called the plumber over once he was done with our neighbor. Todd was super nice and accommodating. He knew exactly what to do to stop the leak. He went back to his bright yellow/red van and grabbed his tools. A few minutes later, with the right amount of muscle strength, he tightened up the connections and no more leak!! So happy that he was able to do this for us without an appointment!!

It was Friday afternoon and we had a significant toilet valve leak in one of our office restrooms. I spoke with Joanie who immediately dispatched David. David fixed the issue within an hour of my service request. GREAT company to work with!

Our house had a big back up problem and code red came out 4 times. The guy that came out was John Doe he did the same job 4 times over the span of 1 month. HE COULD NOT LOCATE THE SEWER MAIN LINE and told us to basically find it and then call them to come and check it out for the 5th time, like do I look like a plumber? If I was I wouldn't of called you guys. Spent over $700 for NOTHING. Called another plumbing company and they came out right away with their detector thing and found it RIGHT AWAY, And the best part of it was that they found the main line with the RIGHT tools for FREE. Still tipped him $100 and would've gladly gave him more if I hadn't of spent $700 for nothing. Stay away from this place. John Doe

Where do I begin? Responsive. Knowledgeable. Great with clients and residents alike. There's not much more I can say about a service that has never let me down or left a project unfinished or I repaired.

I have never met a plumber as competent as Tom. Everything that he explained to me was in a way that I can easily understand and as a home owner I appreciate that more than words can say. If anyone calls this company and you get this plumber specifically you are in great hands thank you Code Red.

I had a drip from sink faucet, they repaired it for $350, was not cheap. But the next day I noticed water leakage below the sink. I called Code Red and was given appointment for next day between 9 AM-12 , but no one showed up. I called Code Red after 12 pm and was told a plumber would call me back, but no one did. I called Code Red then at 5 pm told them no one showed up at the designated times, then no one called me, he mumbled and apologized and did not even say that he would follow up on it. Very Unprofessional, Avoid.

Came out for a leak on master shower. The guy helped me locate the leak and then realized in locating the leak that there was more damage done than the repair required.
Didn't charge me anything for coming out.
It's nice when a business doesn't nickel and dime you for such a simple task.

Tod at code red was amazing!! This is the best plumbing company hand down in Vegas. We had trouble with another companies repair and Code Red came out and fixed the issue that the other company (took weeks) said they had fixed in a matter of 40 mins! Excellent service, super friendly and amazing quality work. Thanks again!!

If you are ever in need of a plumber, call TOM!!! My house flooded and he was there in a hurry! He not only helped with the plumbing issue, he helped me step by step through the whole messy process and even checked up on our family during our time of crisis. There's no way I could thank him enough for what he's done for us. I wish there were more stars to give.
