This company was founded in 2006 to deliver an honest plumbing service, setting a new standard for Tucson residents. His commitment to hard work and transparency ensured that customers received the services they required. Our plumbers are now making a difference for homeowners, one service call at a time.
I grew up in Tucson and have committed myself to the emergency services field. My 17 years in plumbing and air conditioning have shown me the deterioration of customer service. I've seen the shortcuts and have corrected the mistakes of those who chose convenience over quality. Customer service has evolved over the years. While technology brings us many conveniences, it can also mislead us. In the process, we might neglect the importance of genuine connection and human touch. Eventually, we may stop striving for that extra effort and lose a piece of who we are. In 2006, I founded Code Blue with the grace of God and the backing of my family.

Great company. Very responsive and prompt. Mike F. has performed plumbing work at my home and was very good, professional and responsive. I highly recommend Code Blue Fpr your plumbing needs.

Update :
After a lot of research I chose CBP to replace my 13 year old water heater. There was no problem it was just age.
My cut off is 12 years , because most failures are caused n the 12-15 year range. Many last longer.
I chose a Bradford White 6 year electric. It came with a free insulation cover that I had to pay an hour labor to install.
But I got a very good price on
My unit.
There was a one week gap from remove old to install new because the WH closet needed a matching tile floor, electric upgrade and painting which takes days to arrange.
So no hot showers or dishwasher in the gap period.
Now it's in, I dropped a size capacity to 40 gallon since there is just the two of us. I Could have gone to 30 but the unit price is actually higher because of fewer sales.
This is an Energy Star Heater.
All new piping and we were able to Reuse the existing 3/4 ball valve.
A small savings.
This will be good.

On 2/7/2024 Code Blue-Tucson recently came out to perform a water heater flush on my electric water heater and were so thorough. They even flushed it twice, and unplugged the outlet valve when it became plugged with sediment during the flush. While waiting for the WH to flush, the technicians addressed other concerns of mine. There was noticeable tampering that had been done by a former tenant; the water heater was installed less than 24 hours before their tenancy began. The upper and lower thermostat doors were wide open, and hanging by one screw each (typically there is a screw on each door; one at the top, and one at the bottom), and were set too high (140 degrees each) and the plastic protector plate for the breaker had been removed, leaving exposed live wires which could possibly have caused electrocution. One of the screws in one of the doors was completely stripped from tenant tampering, and the technician had to use all his might and a pair of Channel Locks to remove it and then replace with a new screw. You could see paint damage on the WH from when the tenant was messing with the thermostat door. The technicians checked the temperature of my hot water at various locations in the house and it was 118 degrees when it should have been 110 degrees. The technicians lowered the upper and lower thermostats to 125 degrees (the manufacturer's recommendation) and replaced the plastic plate in the breaker box which was found on top of the WH. They never charged me any additional dollars for doing the safety check on the water heater and getting it back to normal. I HIGHLY recommend Code Blue. Out of the 35 years I have hired companies to come out and flush my WH's, I have never seen a company perform a water heater flush and address potential safety issues like Code Blue. They were able to give me peace of mind - which speaks volumes, especially when it comes to keeping future tenants safe. I consistently see Code Blue trucks at City of Tucson-owned homes, so this alone tells me they are a reputable company. I am very, very happy and I would not hesitate to call on them for other future plumbing needs. See you again next year for the annual WH flush! Thank you!!

code blue plumbing is awesome! Fast responses and our dispatcher (Kelly Snyder) helped us get service to our location fast! These guys care about the customer and customer service. Keep it up Code Blue Plumbing!!!

Great company! We had a somewhat urgent issue and they were available relatively quickly without a giant charge. The techs who came out were knowledgeable and able to explain what was going on. I would definitely recommend them.

This company is ran by a wonderful family with great family values. They are about the customers needs not their money. The plumbers that they employ are very knowledgeable and customer service oriented. Don't skip them over. Look to them first.

Code Blue is by far the best in Tucson. We contacted many different places for quotes and Code Blue was the most responsive, accurate, friendly and reasonable of 5 different places. Steven And his crew were top notch!!!

Code Blue Plumbing came in when I was in the middle of a plumbing crisis. I knew I was going to need some or all of my house completely re-plumbed. John came in and was the calm voice of experience that I needed. He gave me a clear estimate of costs and was an excellent communicator. His son Steven came in to do the work and saved me thousands of dollars by identifying areas that did not need to be re-plumbed at this time, inside and out. Steven and his support person worked for three straight days, coordinating with my home office client schedule as well as my tenant's schedule (I live and work in part of a duplex). They completed the job in less time and less cost than their estimate. Although I am grateful for the saved time and money, it was the calm, professional and reassuring way in which they communicated with me every step of the way that I am most grateful for because this experience was extremely stressful for me until they came on the scene. I will definitely be calling them again if I ever have any other plumbing needs.

Too much money for them to do nothing. Drains not cleared as promised. Kept backing up. Bad customer service. Bad rapport. Bad everything.

The work in my home was contracted to Code Blue through Better Way Services in 2018. It took 4 plumbers including the supervisor and his teen-aged son to decide to cut a trap door in my outside wall (the HOA was not amused!) It took 8 weeks and some hostile emails for someone to come fix it. I sent BWS a review of Code Blue at the time, but I'm writing in 2022 because the same leak in the same master bath has to be fixed yet again. I realize nothing is forever, but I feel like the repairs could have at least lasted a full 5 years.
