i would give CoCO Drain 1 star based on the first plumber, who was 1 hour late (no call beforehand) and did not diagnose what I was sure to be the problem A leak had developed in an underground pipe in a far corner of my yard. Plumber #1 changed the hose bib , declared it fixed , and started to leave. I went back to turn the water on and sure enough-still leaking. As plumber #1 was preparing to leave, I called him back to assess the leak.He then agreed with me but he had no time to fix.
Fortunately plumber #2, Josue, correctly took care of the leak. Thank you, Josue. If I call CoCO Drain again, I will request your services. You were 5 star.

We had the sewer line block up on Saturday afternoon. The plumber who came out could not unclog it & said we needed to get CoCoCty out to put a camera down to see where the clog was. On Monday, Edson arrived and said that he was told that there was a trap. We could not find it when he was there so he grudgingly went up onto the roof. The camera showed a collapsed pipe, which he insisted was in our concrete slab between 2 newly renovated bathrooms that would need to be torn out. He did not measure how far the camera went down or even suggest that the sewer line outside the house could be an issue. On Tuesday, after no quote or response from CoCoCty, and unable to use toilets, sinks, showers in the house, I called the contractor who redid our bathrooms. Outside, he dug down to the sewer line and 18"" from the house found the external collapsed pipe. When I complained to the company, Sara was understanding, asking what I wanted and said she would speak to Costas. I requested a full refund of the $350 rip-off charge. I got back $150. The company did not fulfill their professional obligation and could have had me in deep debt chopping up the inside of the house which was not the source of the problem. I am upset and disgusted.

I have to update my review. I made an appt. with them and they told me that they were finishing a job and were on there way after done. When I still didn't hear from them someone else responded and they got my appt. hours wrong. So I cancelled my appt. Disappointed.

Honest and reliable company. Happy with their service The tech did not have the proper piece of equipment and came back the next day and completed the project. Had he not repaired properly it could have been a fire hazard. Thank you!!

Costas and team did a great job fixing my sewer line. I had a problem on a Saturday night and had to arrange for a different company to come out on Sunday because Coco County was closed. After an expensive clean out and some camera work, they offered to dig up a four foot section under my house's crawlspace and outside the house to fix our issue permanently at what seemed to be a really high price. I decided to call Coco County, whom I'd used multiple previous times, and get a second opinion while trying to use our sewer line as little as possible. They came out, did a thorough clean out, camera work and determined with visual proof that the problem's solution needed only digging outside the house and not under the house. Instead of four feet we replaced 30 feet of sewer line and the cost was 2/3 of the other company's quote. The real problem was the heat wave right after labor day - multiple days at 105 or above! These guys sweated it out well into the nights to get all the work done before I had to leave town. After digging out the old pipe, it was clear that the other company's job estimate would never have solved my problem as my whole line had roots blocking 90% of the line. Costas even offered my a credit for some plants that were inadvertently damaged during the work. These guys are honest and hard-working, and although maybe there's never a ""perfect"" job, they do the best work I've found in drains/sewers and plumbing.

We recently bought a home and there an immediate need for some plumbing work. Costas and Cameron were professional, timely, and very helpful giving us multiple options. The work was well done and their results have not disappointed us.

While Costas was here working on electrical we had Evan Carr here from Easy Jobs Electric here working on electrical. Turns out the two of them knew each other quite well! It was awesome. Here's a picture of these great guys!

So they came out to my house in July 2022. The guy was very friendly and professional. Every single plug he used kicked off our circuit breaker . He'd never seen anything like it. He called the office multiple times and they advised him it was 'our electrical ' and that we should get electrical work done . He advised ""there is no charge for this visit "" . We had the handyman back in to check it out and he advised no problems were found. We hired a new plumber ,. His drain plugged in fine and he wanted $225 per drain it turns out. Would have been helpful to know that in advance but apparently the owner of that company felt it was better not to mention pricing the night before . We had already spent hours pouring boiling water and white vinegar , waiting 15 min and adding baking soda several hours before hiring the plumbers . The new plumber fixed the first drain . Refused to fix the second unless we paid another trip charge of $225 which I refused . Today 8/15:coco county called trying to collect for the ""no charge "" day in which they solved nothing and splashed drain waste across my home wall . I left them the appropriate voicemail and now I'm a bit pissed off ! Hopefully , if 'nicole' values her hearing she won't make the mistake be of trying to collect for non-performance by vendor due to no fault of the home owner ! I am pretty sure my legal standing is good on this matter . We used to depend on COCO religiously . Never again!

Have had a pretty bad experience with a simple faucet install with CoCo County. Basic Moen model that friends of ours also have and like. I guess the first guy who came didn't screw it in tight enough? So it came loose within days. CoCo county sent someone out to tighten it. Same guy. He did but then we had a second problem, the hot water would only come in a trickle. So they sent a new guy out this time to fix that problem. This week the faucet again came loose so it just sort of freely rotates any time you turn the water on. Our best guess is the first guy just installed it incorrectly.

CoCo has been nice about sending people out to try to fix it without charging us, hence the second star. But it's a month later and we still don't have a properly installed kitchen faucet. Shame because I get the feeling that I'd normally like to work with these folks. They're nice, responsive and competitive on price. Still we need competent service.

--edit, appreciate the reply below but that isn't the issue. We had your guys install it so no part of the faucet hits the back splash. It's just coming loose from normal operation. Which shouldn't happen. It was not properly installed.

I have called on Co.Co. County Drain for a number of plumbing problems for about eight years. The most recent challenge was a toilet that would not fill after flushing. I figured I could fix it myself but I've learned that the best course of action is to let professionals handle such problems.
They responded promptly and sent David who I've dealt before. As usual, he was Prompt, Polite and Professional and the problem was fixed in jig time!
This was an example of a fine local company continuing to provide excellent service at a fair price. Great job!!

Arrived on time, worked efficiently and clean. Even gave the advice to wait until our not-to-far off kitchen remodel before doing more than the minimum on the kitchen sink p-trap (we really need to open the wall without the cabinets in place to fix everything in one go). The previous owner definitely had the wrong work done.
