Very happy with Ryans service. He wad able to correct a problem with a recently installed bathroom fan. He also repaired some drawer slides that were not working. Ryan caulked and filed nail holes in the baseboard in our newly refinished bathroom!

I was looking to hire a handyman for some fix ups around my house. I contacted Ryan about the job and he came over promptly and looked around. Took a couple of pictures and a couple of days later sent me a quote for it. The quote didn't include everything that I had mentioned and in addition to that, everything was ridiculously high.
Then, when I sent him a response he tried to gouge me even further for doing the floor.
It's amusing to come up with such a crazy number and not even have the dimensions of the room at the very least. Clearly, he didn't want to work with me and that's fine, but just tell me instead of trying to rob me.

Ryan was not a good fit for me. He seemed scattered and spent over 3 hrs looking for parts. He was able to gut out my bathroom. Have to give him props for that. Needed more experience (since he was spending a lot of time looking for parts that fit). He was paid a pretty penny for his work so he shouldn't complain.

I contacted Ryan to fix a problem with our sprinkler system at home. He was flexible and willing to come over at a time that worked for us. In about 20 minutes he checked the timer system and the valves and was able to identify the issue. He had all the necessary tools and parts needed to fix the problem in his truck. His charges were also reasonable.

We had a GFCI socket that kept on tripping - Ryan had a quick response with a quote and was able to come out the next day. Turns out it was a grounding issue that he was able to resolve in a short matter of time. Great communications throughout the process, definitely a good contractor experience.
