The first day I showed up to the house I was buying, I met Eric. He had to update the sewer system so I could buy the house. He had to dig the basement up about 1.5 feet wide, 2 feet deep and about 30 feet long. My basement look like a can of crap blew up in it. When Eric was done, he put in a sump pump for me, a new sewer lines, asked me how I would like everything run, and my basement is now so clean, you could eat in there! I honestly in ALL my life have NEVER met nicer and more professional contractors than him and his crew. Anything I needed, they helped me out with. They treated my wife and I like we were best friends at a b.b.q. And that meant A lot to me.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!! ! I put money into escrow for these guys to do a job that needed to be done and now I can possibly get in trouble with the city because they didn't show up!

They came on time and were nice when they first checked out the job but OBVIOUSLY committed to a job that they were incapable of doing. They gave me a date of when they'd do the job (that I needed done to sell my house!) and never came. I called them multiple times along with other people such as my lawyer. They lie to you and ignore you most of the time until you eventually go away. Oh yes and in the end it's somehow all your own fault and they tell you to find someone else.

I called this company. Dave came to my house to take a look- he then made an apt to come the following week- never came and never called. I called him and he said he had an emergency. Next time,same thing. Finally he sent a different plumber who came 45 minutes late but got the job done. Make sure you get an estimate. In the end Cobra charged me 1 1/2 hrs to put in a small water purifier under my sink, maybe 1/2 hr. and charged me $112.00. Not this one ever again.
