I've used Cobra twice in the past couple months and I'm very happy. My house is older 1958 and both times were situations where I had to shut the water off until repaired. Cobra responded quickly and Mike the Tech, was professional and got the job done quickly and both times for a good price. Will definitely continue to use Cobra.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Long story long after weeks of meeting with plumbers, licensed and unlicensed I contacted Jerry.
Believe me in a few short weeks I've seen it all (job was such that it needed a quote/plumber to see the situation before taking it on). I've had people a few hours late to no shows, plumbers on crack or whatever else drugs they may do, to others saying it can't be done or they wouldn't want to do it, quotes from $400 to $1500, hours to complete from 2 to 2 days. To make things more difficult it was a condo building, so water has to be turned off to multiple units.
These guys are fantastic (Israel was the plumber assigned to my job), on time, super professional and friendly (no smelly, exposed crack plumbers here), work completed in half the time they estimated and the work area left so tidy I had nothing to clean. Did I mention that their price was on the low end?!
Great repairmen are hard to find and Cobra plumbing is it! Highly impressed! Thank you.

Great service! Arrived early and took care of all my little plumbing jobs including my big problem, my backed up kitchen sink, garbage disposal , and dish washer . Everyone I had contact with was super nice and this was so reasonably priced!! I now have a plummer I can call for my jobs and refer to my friends!!!

We have an older home (1956) that uses the old, original orangeburg piping for the sewer line. Our sewer started backing up into the yard a few months ago and we had called the plumber we've been using the last 5 years of owning this home. They came out and said part of the pipe was crushed and they didn't feel comfortable doing a patch because of the orangeburg. They quoted us close to $6000 to replace it down to the street and said the price would only go up from there if they had to go into the street to continue the fix. We had them clear the line which fixed the problem temporarily until the same problem start again a little while ago. We called Cobra Rooter to come out and give us a quote and second opinion. The owner, Jerry, came out right away and looked at the pipe that had been uncovered previously. He said he would start by clearing the clog and then see if a patch was possible. The next day he was able to clear the clogged drain and did a really nice patch of the pipe for only $280. He did quality work at an extremely fair price. It's nice to find someone who is honest and hard working. We will be only using Cobra Rooter from now on and will be referring anyone who needs a plumber to check them out. Jerry and his company saved us thousand and did a stellar job on the repair.

We have used this company several times over the last few years and they come out prompt even on weekend or emergencies and their prices are reasonable. However The person that comes out complains much of the time he is here.

Our house was built in the 50's and it has some quirks and the pipes are difficult to snake, I know this because I have tried to do it myself. I would rather do it myself but there are times when I need a professional, and a professional does not complain the entire time they are here and make it appear that the clogs are our fault. We do our best to not put oil and grease down the pipes but for whatever reason about every 3 years they all clog up. We have tried enzyme treatment (as suggested by cobra) but that did not work.

I also do not like being second guessed, when I ask for a service to be done I expect it to be done even if it appears to not be needed. So a problem that I requested service on was not fixed and still exists. Now I will need to find another plumber.

I cannot say enough about this company. I dealt with Paul & Jerry regarding an ""emergency"" sewer relocation. It actually wasn't an emergency but I needed the re-routing done asap before my pool company could excavate. They went above and beyond responding to my requests, calling me, following up, and then Jerry knocked out the work in less than 2 hours the next day! And he did a superb job. Always friendly, always professional. Such a great company I highly recommend for anything. Especially if it's a last minute project. They took very good care of me and our home. Thank you Cobra!!

I found Cobra Rooter Plumbing through Angie's List. I paid for a deal in advance, kind of like a Groupon, via Angie's list. I was very happy to connect with Jerry the owner. To keep this short, he came out on a Saturday with in 2 hours notice, to do a electric power snake of my very blocked up pipes. My bathroom sink kept overflowing when the folks upstairs turned on their water. My floor was getting flooded..He was amazing, worked very hard, and checked everything was working great. Cleaned up all with a smile. He did not charge a penny more. I got a great service, for only 90 dollars. I would highly recommend this company. This company is honest, affordable, and reliable to do a great job. I am one very happy customer.

I've used them before with ok results but this past one sucks. They had been out twice in 2 wks. the original problem still wasn't fixed. When I got home last night I spent an hour cleaning up leftover backup residue. I also spent an hour cleaning up the at least one quart of water still standing under the sink (probably causing mold). Then I went to use the kitchen sink & ran disposal & low & behold the water again came up in the bathroom sink ( 1 sink in each bath - not both sinks). I called again & the man who answered said I would pay double time if they came out last night. I said I not only wasn't paying double, I wasn't paying anything. He said he would talk to the manager in the morning. I said I would just call the BBB. 20 min later I got a call from the plumber & he said he would be back.
He came back & it appeared he finally cleared the problem between the kitchen & the baths. BUT when I went to use my bathroom toilet I stepped in standing water. I used 2 toilet paper rolls to soak up water. And now I hear water under my Pergo flooring. Not Good.

i was recommended by another plumbing company that couldnt get to my service needs to call Cobra Rooter. I called and spoke with Jerry who came out 45 minutes later and took care of the problem. The price was great and he was like an old time serviceman with ethics, morals, respect, and concern. I appreciate the service this company provided and will be a walking billboard for Cobra Rooter and Plumbing.

We've used this company multiple times and always have great results. We had a major leak, they came promptly and didn't charge me and arm and a leg.
