We had a blocked sewer pipe at 3:30PM on Friday afternoon. Bob was here within the hour despite the time and local traffic, repaired the situation completely within 45 minutes while taking the time to answer all of my questions. He was highly professional, highly knowledgeable, and highly efficient. He provides this service at a very reasonable price. We had a similar situation in the past and unfortunately used another vendor, so we have a basis for comparison. Bob truly exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend and will definitely use him again.

I am sad to write this review seeing as how everyone else has rated Bob and his service as 5 stars, but our experience was extremely weird and terrible. As for his actual service- I cannot comment because we received none. After dealing with a terrible landlord here in SD over a non-draining disgusting tub for over a week- Bob finally was called to our apartment to help with the issue.

He arrived on time and was quiet- but took a look at the tub and checked the water in the sink. He then asked to go out back to look at the plumbing to which I responded that I didn't have a key to the locked gate. I tried to reach out to my landlord (who had quit responding to me the day prior after going back and forth over an issue that was not being addressed) who didn't answer my texts. Bob says he will try to contact her from his end and leaves ""to go to his truck"" and never returns! . I reach out to my landlord to ask if there's an update and her emailed response to me is that he left ""due to the unpleasantness of the tenants"". At this point- I'm honestly speechless because our contact was all but less than 5 minutes and not one unpleasant interaction happened.

I called him myself to find out what was happening. He was shocked by my call and questioning but I felt I needed an explanation- as I have never been called ""unpleasant"" and no part of our interaction warranted that accusation. He claimed that he told the landlord something ""in confidence"" and she ""blabbed it"" back to me. When I asked him how we were unpleasant or made him uncomfortable- he changed his story and said that the issue was the landlord, the lack of parking here, and the unresponsiveness on her end.

He definitely was playing both sides and lying. I'm not sure why-- maybe to get out of a job that he felt was inconveniencing him- but what he ended up doing was causing an even more strained landlord and tenant relationship by giving my landlord what she would consider the ""upper hand"" during an already stressful and difficult experience that has lawyers involved.

I cannot recommend this service because there was none given, and due to the nature of the entire encounter- I would advise anyone to steer clear of this business in hopes of avoiding any potential conflict.

I called on a Saturday afternoon for a bathroom sink back up. He made an appointment for Sunday morning with no extra charge like all the other places charge. In addition, his prices were reasonable. We made a follow up appointment in 6 months.

I've used Bob for a few years now for many tasks at our small apartment complex in Kensington and I can't believe I've EVER used anyone else...ever! Not only is he prompt, communicative, knowledgable, professional, and super effective at nearly everything he touches, he's always always always cost-effective. He has even solved issues that have stumped others. If there were six stars, I'd give him seven. Try him once and you'll never use another service. It's that simple...and he seems like such a fine and trustworthy gentleman to boot!

Kitchen sink was backed up. Called late on Sunday and Bob arrived on time, is super nice, and fixed the clog! With a 70 year old house, it's always a relief to have someone who cares. I asked if I should have him snake the other drains, and he said if we weren't having any problems to save my money. Highly recommend!

He takes the time to tell us what was wrong (really, what we as homeowners are doing wrong!) so we can correct our behavior and make plumbing trips less often - I very much appreciate his help!
