We were impressed with the punctual courteous and professional service we received from Coastline Plumbing. We called two competitors, the first one said he would be here at a certain time. He did not show up or even bother to call and let us know why. The second said he could come out the next morning. He did not keep the appointment. I suggested to my frustrated husband that he try Coastline Plumbing. We called, spoke with a very courteous man, who said they could help. He gave us an arrival time and appeared at our door at that time! My husband is a true Mr Fixit, but this job needed a thirty foot snake, which he did not have. The fee was half what the first guy quoted over the phone. Bottom line is we were very satisfied with the service and the invoice! We recommend you call Coastline first! You won't be disappointed by poor service, or feel you paid too much.

This company destroyed my car with their van on 02/03/23 and when I asked the young guy he lied about it. I had an eye witness that confirmed it was the plumber who was working across the street in my quiet neighborhood in Noleta. I unfortunately could not pull footage from a nearby camera. Beware of your property getting destroyed. Record their every move.

Do not get involved with Coastline Plumbing!!!!
Extremely unprofessional! I wish I didn't have to add a star, guess I had to, to make a post.
I called them to replace a faucet on my kitchen sink. The next day our entire original wooden floors were flooded after they dried, our entire kitchen floors were warped and buckled, completely destroyed. I called them many times to come back to our home and see the damage. Never received a response. Either they went out of business, or decided to not answer. I'm now in the process of having LL Flooring replace the the entire wood flooring, demolish then install new
costing approximately $6000.

Did a so so job. Didn't return phone calls. Showed up whenever they pleased unannounced. Much better plumbing Companies out there. At least the system is sort of working.

I had a leak in the main copper pipe. I had called a different company on Sunday. They said someone would call me in the morning to say what time they would come. No one called so I did. They said they would call me back in 20 minutes. I called them back after 35 minutes. They said they might be able to come tommorow. They called back and said they couldn't come this week. I called Coastline and they told me they would come today. The plumber came and in no time he had repaired the leak. The plumber was very professional. I will use them in the future. They will be the first company I will call.

I had a plumbing issue ( no hot water) on a Saturday that I had hoped to fix as soon as possible. Coastline plumbing was responsive , came after hours ( on a Saturday night) and fixed the problem. Being that it was a Saturday and after hours I was not sure what to expect with pricing, but pricing was extremely fair and reasonable and the job was fixed promptly. I will definitely be calling Coastline for any of my future plumbing needs.

Coastline just replaced a flush valve and shutoff valve for the toilet in our home. They were very responsive, reasonably priced, and didn't try to upsell anything. Chad, who helped us out, was nice and easy to work with. I plan to use them for any future plumbing issues (hopefully not that many!).

Ronnie Short and his crew (Will, Juan, Jordan, and others) did exceptional work! Ronnie is one of the best subcontractors I have dealt with; professional, great communicator, focused, flexible, quality materials and workmanship, dedicated crew who have been with him for years.

Replaced 3"" cast iron drain (under/through slab) and all the vertical cast iron in the walls for two back-to-back bathrooms (toilets, sinks, showers) with black ABS, so glad 1963 cast iron drain pipe is gone.

This was a gritty job - saw cut slab, dig down 2-1/2 feet, install new drain pipe, carefully pack dirt back in, prep for curbless shower, anchor/tie in 1/2"" rebar, set new shower drain body at proper depth, repour slab. Excellent finished product that I was able to see each stage in the progression.

I will be using Coastline Plumbing for future work and recommend them highly!

I tried them on several projects and had quality issues on all. I met with. Ronnie to discuss the problems and to look at two additional projects going forward. He assured me that he would work with me to make sure that everything headed in the right direction. End result: I phoned him 4 times and never received a call back. He had no problem cashing my checks. He must be a very busy owner!!!
