Dan Vargas the owner of Coastline Plumbing is amazing. I found him through Yelp. Best customer care I have ever received from any business! I would give him 6 Stars. I had a problem with a sink that was produced in Spain. The parts are impossible to get. I sent photos to Dan of the stems and the faucet and he was diligent about finding them. The parts for this manufacturer have absolutely no part nos. Yet he tried. I sent him an email at one point at 3:30 am and he responded by 3:45 am! I was floored! A wonderful conscientious owner. Will refer him any day. Will have him by to install my new parts when they arrive from Spain. Thank you Dan Vargas.

Mike called that he was ahead of schedule and would it be okay to come early he arrived within 15 minutes of the call. He immediately reviewed the situation and unplugged the drain. He was extremely neat while doing the job and cleaned up after his work. He was extremely professional and I would certainly use their services again. Of course I would request Mike. I got a referral to Dan Vargas at Coastline Plumbing for a problem I was having at my office. It was a difficult and tricky problem that required some careful work because of the potential of downing my entire office building. Dan was careful, highly professional and got the job done without drama or problems. He charged me a very fair price despite the fact that he needed to work after hours to shut off the water to my entire building. I was not only pleasantly surprised that he was able to get the job done quickly, but that he was such a consummate professional in the process. Dan is polite, respectful and clearly takes pride in the work that he is performing.

Unfortunately, a couple of months later, a toilet that I installed leaked through the ceiling at my home. Who did I call? You bet, Dan the man! Again, he got the job done without fail and charged me a fair price, too.

In the future, I won't hesitate to call or refer Dan and Coastline Plumbing anytime I have a plumbing problem or know someone that does.

The customer service here is amazing, they came over to my house to snake some toilets and check out some pipes and they told me how to maintenance my own pipes and left me with all the tools that I needed so I could do the maintenance myself now. Extremely pleased with the service and will use them again!

Great service! Todd arrived within the time frame provided during our scheduling. He installed our water heater expansion tank quick-like and billed us a fair / honest amount for the job done. He had to come back a second time to fix one of the connections, but it was not his fault at all. It was an old part that needed replacing, but we didn't find out until the expansion tank was installed. Overall it was a good experience and I would definitely recommend Todd and Coastline Plumbing to my family and friends. Thanks guys!
