The owners were impressed with his customer service and patience with all involved. He understands how to work with government agencies, city inspectors, and insurance companies and still get the work completed in less time that I ever imagined. When it doubt about being able to fight for your settlement on your own, put your trust into Vince and his team. Coastline came and cleaned all my tile floors, my bedroom carpet and an 8 X 10 Braded Rug. Workers were friendly and professional. The rug was especially dirty and Vince was very careful with it, did a lot of testing and found that the colors would run, so they used a special cleaning method and now the rug looks great. Once it was cleaned I had a problem with it bunching up but Coastline had a way to fix that by selling me a special kind of carpet pad that stopped the problem. I highly recommend them.

My husband and I recently moved into our new home , a Spanish Duplex with title and Hardwood floors ... They were really dirty . Vincent's crew were very professional and accommodating . The floors look a hundred percent better. I would recommend them to anyone .

Coastline assisted me in a time of need. The toilet in my rental property overflowed and resulted in water intrusion EVERYWHERE...a big, soggy, stinky mess. Coastline was able to assist at 10:00pm at night by sending a team to unplug the pipes, secure the area and begin the drying process. Within 4 days the property was ready for reconstruction. All relevant paperwork was given to my insurance agency, and that helped to alleviate the stress of the situation. I'm grateful that they secured the situation efficiently and effectively.

I had a clogged main drain which meant no plumbing was working. Called three other companies and Coastline was the only company that could come the next day. I spoke with Vincent and he set up my appointment. John and Jay arrived early and promptly went to work. They snaked out my main line and everything works great. They made some recommendations which I will consider. Very nice guys. Cleaned up after their work. Will definitely use them for future problems. I highly recommend this company for plumbing needs.

Called A-1 Best Plumbing at 7pm on a Thursday for my clogged kitchen sink. I got immediate assistance from Vincent who sent Steve right away. Steve was extremely courteous and professional, and knew exactly how to fix the issue. He was also very clean. I will call A-1 for all my plumbing needs in the future.

Tried to call Petes Plumbing and were told they wouldn't come out on a Saturday because we weren't an established customer, so then called Coastline Environmental Solutions (A-1 Best Plumbing). They were willing to come out but did inform my husband that it would be a little cheaper on a weekday. My husband agreed and set up an appointment. On Monday, they called and gave an update on their approximate time of arrival and called again when they were on their way. Very friendly and fast service. Drains were cleared and they cleaned up after themselves. Very happy with their service and would definitely recommend them.

Water leak and the first floor was underwater.
The crew came out quick. Their plumber Steve (A1 plumbing) was out at our house in 15 minutes. He was friendly, professional and went above and beyond what other plumbers have done for us. Steve everything ahead of time. They got to work and cleaned us up in no time.
