I had a clogged main drain which meant no plumbing was working. Called three other companies and Coastline was the only company that could come the next day. I spoke with Vincent and he set up my appointment. John and Jay arrived early and promptly went to work. They snaked out my main line and everything works great. They made some recommendations which I will consider. Very nice guys. Cleaned up after their work. Will definitely use them for future problems. I highly recommend this company for plumbing needs.

Called A-1 Best Plumbing at 7pm on a Thursday for my clogged kitchen sink. I got immediate assistance from Vincent who sent Steve right away. Steve was extremely courteous and professional, and knew exactly how to fix the issue. He was also very clean. I will call A-1 for all my plumbing needs in the future.

Tried to call Petes Plumbing and were told they wouldn't come out on a Saturday because we weren't an established customer, so then called Coastline Environmental Solutions (A-1 Best Plumbing). They were willing to come out but did inform my husband that it would be a little cheaper on a weekday. My husband agreed and set up an appointment. On Monday, they called and gave an update on their approximate time of arrival and called again when they were on their way. Very friendly and fast service. Drains were cleared and they cleaned up after themselves. Very happy with their service and would definitely recommend them.

Water leak and the first floor was underwater.
The crew came out quick. Their plumber Steve (A1 plumbing) was out at our house in 15 minutes. He was friendly, professional and went above and beyond what other plumbers have done for us. Steve everything ahead of time. They got to work and cleaned us up in no time.

I was referred to Coastline by the company that originally installed all of my drapery. It turned out to be a great referral.

The company came in, removed all of the drapes and valences, cleaned them. stored them for me and then reinstalled them. They also did the air duct cleaning for me since the house had been going through repairs for a year.

The crew that removed the drapes and reinstalled them were there on time and worked efficiently throughout the day.

The same applied to the air duct cleaning crew. Both crews were led by John who was an extreme pleasure to work with.

I highly recommend this company for drapery cleaning and air duct cleaning. I would imagine they would be just as great in the other work they do.

I was referred to Coastline through a friend. I called them for a quote on carpet cleaning. I spoke with Vince he was very honest and professional. So I scheduled an appointment and he sent out a technician ""John"" who was very thorough and fair with the estimate and paperwork. Not to mention right on time. (big plus for me since my time is limited with my busy schedule) I agreed to have them clean my carpets as well as the interior in my vehicles. His work was impeccable! Everything looks brand new again and smells fresh. I really love the fact that they use product that is non toxic and environmentally safe. He took his time to make sure everything was perfect. He was very polite and was happy to answer any questions I had. I would definately recommend them to anyone who needs carpet cleaning. They also do water damage which I just referred to my place of business last week who had a leaking pipe under the office. They too are very happy with the outcome.

I called them because the solar water heater on the roof was leaking. They assessed that it was rotting and could not be repaired, and should be by- passed. They would only give a total estimate. They would not itemize it. I am the owner in San Jose, and my tenant needed hot water in Huntington Beach. So, I had them do the work. They would not start the job until it was paid in full. Then they charged me extra for using an ATM card. I should have know better!
They disconnected the water input and output from the 2 pipes going up to the roof and soldered in 2 short by-pass pipes in their place. This was $400.00 per pipe, less than 1 foot long. The tenant had said the shower valves were sticking, so I had those replaced also, at the same time.
They installed 1 valve backwards. When his son was in the shower, the water was too hot, so he turned it ""down"" and scalded himself with very hot water.
They stole the high volume water pump from the solar heater. They left the cover off of the pilot light, and never turned the heater down to a normal temperature.

They did come out the next day and install the valve correctly, and returned my water pump.
Their prices are very high, and must be paid up front, before the work is done. They do charge less for paying cash, and if you don't want a receipt, you may get an even better price! Shysters!!!

We had a water leak from a pipe that broke and Vince and Ana were both great to work with. They were super accommodating and sent their guys out right away. The crew was friendly, courteous and explained everything as they went along. They finished the job in a timely fashion and we are in the drying stage now. I would highly recommend them in the future.
