I had them out to clean ducts and plenum in our new house. They were very responsive and expert. I found them through National Air Duct Cleaners Association (yes, it's a real thing and, yes, it means something, looks like). They showed up with tons of equipment and did great work. They dinged up a small part on our freshly painted white walls but we'll clean that up.
I especially liked that they called out other issues they saw in the attic. Too few people get their ducts cleaned out and I'm glad we did this. These folks are pros.

Coastline came and cleaned all my tile floors, my bedroom carpet and an 8 X 10 Braded Rug. Workers were friendly and professional. The rug was especially dirty and Vince was very careful with it, did a lot of testing and found that the colors would run, so they used a special cleaning method and now the rug looks great. Once it was cleaned I had a problem with it bunching up but Coastline had a way to fix that by selling me a special kind of carpet pad that stopped the problem. I highly recommend them.
