We recently moved into our new home and did not expect to have any major plumbing issues since we figured the home inspection would have revealed any problems, if any. However, we did in fact have a leak that trickled from upstairs bathroom to the kitchen ceiling. We called Coastline and a few other companies to compare pricing... but we chose Coastline because I had a chance to speak to Vince who offered to come and inspect the leak right away and also revealed some issues with water damage that can be hidden and eventually cause mold built up. This was a huge concern for us since we just had our first born. Not only did he repair my leak but he also tested for mold and luckily there was none. I will be recommending Coastline to my family and neighbors.

Our refrigerator water line sprung a leak and wouldn't shut off, Vince and his team came through once again to save the day. They quickly came over and assessed the damage, inspecting for water in the walls, and took action to prevent any additional damage by bringing in heaters and fans to dry out our house lickety-split.

Never the type of company you want to find yourself looking for, unfortunately we did. After doing a bit of searching and calling around I decided to move forward with Coastline. From the first phone call they were more informative, honest and upfront about all the possibilities of what we were in store for. They were able to come out quickly and clean up our lovely black water pond that had formed in our crawl space under our house. Completing the clean up quicker than expected I was a little nervous if it was done properly. I'm not one who will offer up and just jump into a crawl space to have a look around. Since the they were here I have had two plumbers to assess our problem and both have commented that it doesn't even look like there was standing water down there. The smell is gone and I'm happy as can be. The icing on the cake was paying the same as the estimate I originally received and getting a follow up phone call to make sure that everything was good.

So if you ever find your home needing some sort of damage repair give them a call.
