they bend over backwards to get both a/c working in very hot attic Adam and Jesse did a great job.

This company will not take responsibility for installing the equipment causing my current HVAC concerns. They have been more interested in pushing me to purchase or lease an entirely new system than to compensate for their past errors.

I received a flyer in the mail and signed up for an appointment for an AC tune-up. I received two text confirmations and an email confirmation of my appointment. The window for the appointment was 4 hours and I waited all day. No one ever showed up and no one ever contacted me. Don't waste your time - they don't show up.

Great work from Jessie and Fernado very professional . They got the job done and checked all the boxes that needed to be checked for service to the unit. Thank for the help.

Came the next day to fix my AC unit. They said they didn't have the necessary electrical wires. Yes, you read that correctly- the necessary electrical wires to fix the issue. Said they would return next day from 2-4 pm. Did not receive a phone call so I called at 4 pm next day. They said they were delayed and apologized for not calling at all that day. I got a phone call at 5:30 pm saying they were no longer going to be able to make it because of weather. It is August in Savannah- there is a chance of rain every afternoon. It did not rain at all day. The only rain the entire day was the sweat poring off me and my pets as we sat around all afternoon waiting. Thanks for being terrible and risking my pets lives by not fulfilling your business obligations.

Just had our spring tune up per our maintenance Agreement. Austin and his team JAE and Olivia did an outstanding job. We have 2 AC's and 1 heat pump. It was time to change filters I provided,campacitors and UV lamps on two systems. Upon completion they presented the bill and the inspection report. Very professional and detailed job. I have has issues with past service which was not under Austin's supervision. In the future I will specifically request Austin and his team for any service I may need.

I would not recomment these f@h#$% people. They are crooks at the most. It all started on Saturday afternoon with a maintenance appt. The tech did a half ass job and then told me to call the company knowing that no one would respond on the weekend, I waited until 6:30pm Saturday for a tech to return to complete maintenance and it never happened. I called the work at home reps and they all either seemed to be liars or incompetent; they were never tracking any previous notes. However, this company collected almost $200 prepaid from me back around March this year for the maintenance program. I even called the Supervisor and left messages, he didn't even respond. What kind of business is this they are operating?I should report them to local officials and the State Attorney General to burst up their scam and return my money for this stunt they pulled on Saturday and get my money back for a job not done.

Coastal Service Experts called me & said I had a free maintenance check. Three of their employees arrived (why 3) and told me I had a freon leak that required 4 to 6 lbs of freon @ a cost of $111 a lb., but would waive cost if I purchased a service contract, which I did. Two days later on a Saturday 3 trucks showed up saying I had purchased an air conditioner. My air conditioner is only 3 years old. Why would I buy a new one. I told them I did not purchase a new air conditioner and told them to leave. I called the manager who was very hostile who told me freon was $375 a lb and sided with the salesman (Quincy Smith). Quincy Smith is a con artist and needs to be stopped before he cons someone else.

Absolutely terrible. showed up at my house without even clarifying an appointment after I filled out their online survey. They have sent me 3 bills and have never taken care of this issue. I would never do business with them just based off of the billing issues.

Ripped off. We called on Sunday because air out over the weekend. $99 to come out which is fine. We advised the service man that the last guy did say the zone panel may need replaced. The service tech said well its probably not other techs say different things. After looking around he says we need refrigerant. The cost $78 a pound and that sounded high. After he fills it he said it took 4 pounds. On Monday I called around to ask others their cost and it was $40 dollars a pound!!! They were shocked at the price we were charged. They said we have the newer 410 model its the older models that cost more. I called coastal and asked like I was a customer what their refrigerant cost is and on the phone I was told $66. Still nearly $30 dollars more than others but why is it different then what I was charged? I have called several times and was told it was sent to management. No one has called me but I see the check was cashed. I was told to ask if their service techs work on commission. I called Coastal and asked like I was a new customer and he paused them said no so Im really not sure since I get different answers form different people.
