I had a problem from a step not done during the every 6 months maintenance check. I contacted the company. The general manager, Matthew DiBenedetto, sent me an email denying any responsibility. After two voicemails and two email requests to discuss the problem, he will not return either voicemail or email. The bill for the hole in my ceiling is approaching $2500. Not what I would call service. I discussed normal maintenance procedures with two other AC companies. Coastal definitely didn't cover normal industry steps to avoid clogged condensation drains.

Showed up on-time with a mask on, which is appreciated during these unprecedented times. Performed prepaid maintenance service efficiently. As information, this appointment was re-scheduled twice, which was not an issue for me. Someone called to advise of the need to re-schedule with plenty of notice, and the actual date of service worked out better than the original. Have used Coastal for almost 30 years, and have had only one problem, which was noted and resolved.

I would not recommend this company. They installed an A/C in house in Feb 2020 by June 2020 the ac started to have problems. They came to my house 5 times and each time the problem got worst. Each time these so called experienced technicians told me there was nothing wrong with my A/C, but my house has been getting to 99 degrees. I had a service warranty and they still charged me for no services done. I asked for a full refund and for them to pick up the unit after I had to get another company to come out and put another A/C in. The district manager was supposed to return my call 3 days ago after my house got to 99 degrees. I still have not received a phone call and now I am having to go to the better business bureau to get this issue resolved. Bottom line is don't deal with these crooks.

I am so grateful for the crew of guys who showed up at my home on time to work on my HVAC system. Kane was the technician who told me everything he was looking for as he completed his diagnostics. He explained everything thoroughly so that even this novice could understand. Robert, the advisor, was also very personable and informative. Even the trainee, Rashawn, was interested in giving the best service while he was learning. I was treated with maximum respect in my home. A small problem was identified in a short time and problem solved. Can't thank the guys enough!

Beware of this company! They did not record my 10 year warranty! Needing a new coil, system is 8 years old so opting to purchase a new one through another company and not a Lennox! Do NOT use this company!!!!! Lennox and Service Experts are horrible!!!!

Very bad service the technicians went in without an appointment, diagnosed the problem ordered the part and came in with parts. Then the figured out later that there was some other part required as well and took almost a month to fix the problem. In peak summer without an AC for one month. This is when we have a contract with them not sure how worst it would have been if we just called them for one service.

Coastal Service Experts were extremely unprofessional throughout this experience. We were initially told (at the first visit prior to Labor Day), that the repair would occur the following Tuesday (3 days later). They ultimately came out a full 10 days later, and only after reminder phone calls. The bill we were given at the end of the service was a ridiculously high total amount with no breakdown of what the costs were comprised of (labor, materials, etc). This is completely unprofessional for a contractor. Furthermore, this company is generally unresponsive. After my first call regarding the bill, I was told the billing representatives had already left for the day (at 4:15pm), and I would get a call back the following morning. That did not happen. I didn't get to talk to anyone until I persistently called back the following afternoon. Finally- the company appears to enjoy placing the blame on the customer - stating that the initial delay in service was from a miscommunication on our end. They insist that their practice of a single-price """"plan"""" for their repair is """"legal."""" Their actions indicate that they are an extremely unprofessionally run company.

Devin Isn't excellent is outstanding. The service came on time and I was explained what it was doing and that it could be fixed. His service service manager came out Anthony, and I purchased the maintenance plan. Well worth the money great service great people great experience Another tech Christina came and topped off the Freon. She was completely equipped and was able to accomplish the job very efficiently and effectively. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants reliable air service. Good job Christina was excellent.
