This company came out quickly when asked for a quote which was submitted to us within 24hrs. The quote was reasonable for the work and the best bid. After acceptance of the quote, we were quickly scheduled and the work was completed. The plumbers were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. I will definitely use them again!

My home had cpvc pipe throughout, which meant that all of pipe in the house had to be replaced. They came out and repiped the whole house with pex in ONE DAY. I was told that at one time there were ten guys in the house.

The workers were enthusiastic, worked well together and helped one another. They were justifiably proud of their work and proud of their company.

I needed s plumber and fast. They were really nice and I would have hired them but they were unable to respond because of equipment failure. They did tell me the problem and suggested a couple of plumbers to call.
I would consider using them in the future .

We moved here about a year ago and have had to have a lot of plumbing work done. When our latest issue arose, I was determined not to pay the outrageous, padded (w/undetailed ""travel time"") rates of the regional plumber we'd been using. So, I looked specifically for a local Warrenton plumbing firm and found Coastal Maintenance and Plumbing.

When I called, I spoke w/a very friendly woman who quoted a great rate, said they didn't charge travel time, and that they could probably come out that day even tho it wasn't an emergency. She then kept me updated all afternoon until the plumbers got here.

The plumbers were friendly, conscious and considerate of coming into a clean house, found and fixed the problem promptly, and then explained what they did. We will definitely call Coastal Maintenance and Plumbing for any future plumbing problems. Their rates, knowledgeable work, and friendly service are the best!

Picture this. Spring Break weekend in a coastal town. No room at the inn. Major sewer line breakdown, meaning no flushes, showers, laundry, etc. And on a sunny Saturday, no less.

Called our plumber of 17 years, and got voicemail full on the cell and no answer at the office.

Called the others listed in the Astoria, Oregon, area, to much the same success. In fact, the most promising one had you got through a labyrinth of automation that left you less than secure you were communicating the urgency.

Then we tried Coastal Plumbing. The call was answered immediately by a bright, smiling voice, who said they had plumbers working and she would call us back with an ETA, but it they could likely be there that day!

And she did. And they showed up, a little more than an hour later, but moved quickly to scope out the issues. I haven't seen that kind of energy in a plumber in 17 years.

It took about an hour to solve, but on a rare sunny day in early spring in Astoria, we were heartened and grateful that they found the problem and corrected it. Their customer service on the phone and their attitude on the job was the bomb.

hate to burst your bubble but they got popped lastweek for not using a license bonded and insured plumber? AGAIN,maybe why theyre cheaper then regular plumbers? that means if your water heater blows up leaks or does any damage to your house. guess what that means your up a creek, and theyre not liable. so would that really be worth saving 20 dollars? think about it.. it should be a red flag when theyre happens to be 1 (ONE) plumber cheaper then the rest.. theres a reason for that. food for thought
