If I could post zero stars, I would. Horrible customer service! They installed a water heater for us (through Lowe's) in January 2020 and in May 2021, our water began to smell. We suspected that the anoid rod was disintegrating and called them to replace it. The technician came out and was unable to remove it but assured me (after collecting the service fee) that he or the owner would call me back with a solution. That was in May!! I called them 5 times with no response!! I understand that the office manger had just given birth the week prior, but is there no one else who could return phone calls?! I finally called another company who came out and said the rod was completely stripped from the previous attempt and we would have to get another water heater. Thankfully we were still under warranty and had the new one installed this morning. I would NEVER recommend this business.

The installation of the dishwasher went well until a nickel size chip in the front strip of our laminate countertop was broken upon removal of the old unit. Repeated attempts to resolve have been fruitless to the point that the owner or person in charge actually said """" I have been busy with other things the last three days and I forgot about you"""" That level of service is totally unacceptable in any business environment. I have turned the situation over to the store where purchased and am awaiting resolution.
