These guys were great. They came early and were very professional with their work. He went above and beyond with the job by using quality work and design of the new piping he put in and replaced a small pipe for me that had started leaking for free. I had a problem with my sink / garbage disposal was backed up and he sucked the garbage out of the tubing which was clogged. Also my hot water was not working and I needed a new hot water heater. We got one and he installed it very nicely and professionally and everything has been working great since. Thanks !

I wish I could give a positive review, because the two young men who showed up seemed very experienced, which they explained thoroughly, but the pricing was way off. I needed a shower pan repair. The first plumber's estimate was $1250. The second plumber's estimate was $1850. Coastal Plumbing of South Beach's estimate was $6700. They tell you on the phone that its $125 just to show up, and then it will be deducted from the final price. They don't tell you that the final price is five times the going rate. So I paid $125 for a ridiculous estimate. Unless they are lining the shower pan with gold leaf, meh, I think not.

The fellas were very prompt in responding to a proposal request. Additionally, they educated us to better understand the proposal and work that needed to be done with the septic tank in the back yard. Chris was immediately available and replied every time. Thanks so much guys!

Had another Plumbing emergency at one of my properties I called them at 2 in the morning they were there within the hour and stop the water from leaking and fix it right there on the spot and charge me awesome rate for coming out so late recommend them highly especially Christopher really nice guy and presentable and knows his stuff

I have used Coastal Plumbing of South Beach on three of the condos I own as well as our office that required med gas. Their work is superb. They show up on time, are fast, efficient, and well priced. I have had to call for emergencies after hours and they were there in 30 minutes.

This is the worst plumbing company I've ever called they are five times the going rate and they charge u 125$ just to come to the door then they have the nerve to say there going to credit the 125$ after asking tripple the going rate there service is bare minimum and there plumbers are disrespectful not impressed

Our main water service to the house was broken on a Saturday night. I called Coastal Plumbing at 11pm, again on THAT Saturday night and, Chris, an actual plumber (not a calling service) answered! I talked through the nature of the damage and he gave a very reasonable price for a service call. The next day Chris followed up and texted me in the morning and was ready to go! Once on site he was skilled and resourceful and restored everything to a better condition than it was before the damage. The rate was incredibly reasonable! - I was charged the same as if it were a M-F business hours call. Fantastic company!
