Eddie came out on a Saturday to deal with an emergency plumbing issue at our house. I called him in the morning based upon Yelp reviews and he came out that afternoon. Eddie correctly diagnosed the problem over the phone and explained the procedure to ensure I wanted to go through with the job. His gut was correct regarding the problem and he is clearly very experienced and knowledgable. Additionally, he honored the price originally quoted even though it was more difficult than originally thought... an amazing thing to find in this city! I have used a few other plumbers in town found through Yelp and another website and Coastal has been the best this far. As a testament to his quality of work, we already scheduled a few other jobs for Eddie to handle and am happy to have found my new plumber.

Eddie and Justin came to my home to replace some very old pipes. They were punctual, knowledgeable and friendly. I am very satisfied with their work and recommend them highly. I had a great experience with Eddie of Coastal Plumbing. I called this morning, and he showed up within two hours. This was not an emergency job, and I didn't pay for an emergency visit: rather, he said that he wasn't busy with another job and was simply able to come right then, so he did. I was really impressed by this show of professionalism and consideration. I suspected that the problem wasn't entirely fixable, and it wasn't, but Eddie made the problem manageable until I'm able to renovate my bathroom and replace the jacked-up plumbing that runs from my shower. He also gave me advice for keeping the drain clear in the future, and even said-- seriously, this is not an exaggeration or a paid endorsement-- that I could CALL HIM if I tried to snake it myself and ran into trouble. Five stars for Coastal Plumbing, and I'd give six if I could.

I am extremely disappointed with this service. I called Eddie having an emergency leak in the pipes in my walls. He managed to """"squeeze me in"""" after I sent him a text the next day reminding him of my leak and his promise to come. We walk into my apartment and the entire floor is covered in an inch of water, I'm forced to call the management office to inform them of the flood, at which point he informs me his services aren't able to be provided but that I still must pay $250. What exactly did I pay for? He didn't fix anything or inspect anything- I simply paid an insane amount for a plumber to inform me that my apartment was flooded. Complete extortion. Bad business. Would never refer a friend.

Eddie solved my problem over the phone!!! He understood my emergency, called me within 15 min AND helped me fix it over the phone no charge !!! He is obviously the most honest plumber in Miami!!! I'll only use him from now on!!

Yelp has done it again!!! Long gone are the days of flipping through the phone book looking to hire a service professional and god knows what you'd end up with. I don't just look at the star rating, I read through the comments as well - everything for this company rang true. I submitted a quote request at 3:47 am and received a response before sunrise. When I called, as requested, a gentleman asked me a few questions to gauge my issue and said he would call me back. He actually called me back within 30 minutes and was able to fit me in on the same day. Unfortunately, it didn't look like the repair could be made through the usual means (snaking). Prior to proceeding to the next level of service, the business owner called me personally, thoroughly explained the situation and committed to finding a solution. Went on the rooftop and even checked out my crawl space. The kitchen sink is now draining as it should. HONEST & RELIABLE service. Don't waste your time trying to save pennies - go with quality service that will get the job done right the first time.

The main water pipe broke at our house. We started searching the internet for plumbers near us and found Coastal Plumbing with rating 5 out of 5. Made the call for an appointment. Eddie asked for pictures of the damage and told us exactly what needs done and the cost estimates. Eddie and Emir showed up the next day on time. I was immediately impressed with their professionalism and courtesy when they explained what needs done and how long it will take to complete the job. Emir was quick to fix the pipes. He was knowledgable, motivated and enthusiastic about doing his job right the first time. I also had a leaking faucet in the garage, Eddie sent Judson few days later after I purchased a new Faucet. Judson was also a very knowledgable and professional plumber. He changed the faucet in no time. Eddie and his crew are great people. Coastal Plumbing of Brickell will be the company I will call going forward for all our plumbing needs.
