A small piece of bone got logged into our sink garbage disposal, which usually is no big deal, we just fish it out and reset the disposal. However, a year or so ago we installed a new one, which doesn't seem to have a reset button. When we called Coastal, the guy asked us to text him a picture of our garbage disposal so he can be sure to have the parts handy when he visits. He arrived on time the same day, and got the machine working again! And why he so totally deserves five stars and more? He gave us a key and taught us how to reset the garbage disposal ourselves next time, so we don't have to call for service!!! This awesome guy absolutely, unreservedly, unequivocally deserves all the businesses in the world!

FINALLY, hot water!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND Coastal Plumbing, as 3 other plumbers tried to fix problem, but couldn't. Can't say enough good things--punctual, pleasant, fairly priced, but most importantly knowledgeable. Wish I'd called Coastal Plumbing first.

Just purchased a home and called Eddie to install a new water heater. First, he responded right away and offered his advice regarding the type of water heater we needed. I will honestly never call another plumber ever again. As a DIY person, I some times screw things up and need a professional to help me sort out where I went wrong. I was able to call up late in the evening, and get the advice I needed to fix my project all over the phone. A few photos of my work space and boom- problem solved. Most people would jump at the chance to charge me hundreds of dollars to come out here and fix something that turned out to be dead simple. You don't see many people like that anymore. Massive amount of respect, and my new go to plumber.

This one's on behalf of my parents , not only were we able to reach him right away (during the worst of weather we had) he walked me through all my needs and went out of his way to help. We recently moved to our house and our main pipe was completely blocked. We checked on yelp and asked for several quotes on a Sunday. Eddie replied not only with the best price among the top 4 companies on yelp but he also gave us a free consultation over the phone and offered to help us mitigate the difficult situation we were going through with detailed instructions. That night we called Eddie 3 times and he was very happy to help us out. The next day Eddie and Judson unclogged our main pipeline and on top of that they fixed our kitchen's sink poor water flow. This guys explained in a very detailed way what was going on. For us this information was extremely educational and important since we knew nothing about plumbing issues. This guy's service was impressive and affordable. We totally recommend this company, and would definitely reach out again whenever we need plumbing services.

wow, i can't believe how great their customer service is! i called for a quote for a clogged garbage disposal and the guy actually guided me through the phone on how to fix it myself! it was done in less than 5 minutes and he just saved me $175! i'm still amazed at how nice of him that was!! i will only call them in the future should i ever have any plumbing problems again :D
