Eddie is great! If you have cast iron pipes I HIGHLY RECOMMEND refinishing pipes with Coastal Plumbing. The cast iron pipes in my 1959 home were clogged and video showed them to have lots of build-up. First company I called recommended replacing with PVC pipes and quoted me $6000 to break floors and replace pipes. Called Coastal and Eddie refinished the pipes and I have had ZERO issues in the 6 months since. He explained everything and showed (and sent) me video of before and after. Thanks!

I had a water heater burst on Thursday night. Texted Eddie and Judson and worked with them to get building/condo approval to get a new one installed the next day before the weekend. Prompt, professional, and great service. Unfortunately this is not the norm for Miami service techs but Coastal Plumbing is an exception. Thanks guys!

Very impressed with the level of service from the initial call to setting the appointment to completion of the work. Anyone who arrives on time in Miami is already better than most service providers out there! The equipment used was top notch & I even got a copy of the video of my sewer line. Eddie & his helper were both very pleasant to interact with & got the job done efficiently. I will definitely use them again in the future. Great job guys! Now if only we could find other trades with this level of service & knowledge.

Ed is the owner of the company and I felt with him personally. I had completely clogged 50 year old cast iron pipes in Plantation Florida. Ed cleaned out the all the pipes from the vent Stacks on the roof. He did an amazing job! Ed is a very nice guy and went the extra mile to make sure the job was done right! I highly recommended using Coastal Plumbing of Brickell. Ed actually does what he says he's going to do. The price was very fair for the amount of work involved. I'm extremely happy with the results! I had a blockage on my main line and Eddie and Justin quickly responded to my yelp request and were able to fit me into their schedule for the day. They ran a snake to remove a rag someone had flushed down the toilet. Very professional. Would highly recommend.

I have to say Coastal Plumbing did an excellent job repairing the leaks in 2 of my toilet and the faucet in the kitchen. The Technician Judson was professional explained to me step by step how the repairs were going to be done. He also worked very clean, once done everything was clean and neat. Mostly important they repaired my """"Air Hammer"""" in my house. While everyone want to tear down walls Eddie was able to fix it simple with some adjustments. I highly recommend them for fair pricing and professional work.

Second attempt (tried another company first) to get hot water from kitchen sink. Talked to Eddie. This guy must be a magician! By just asking a few questions over the phone he knew what was going on. User error! Yeah it takes awhile to get hot water but it helps if I have the handle flipped the right direction. A five minute phone call saved me $175!

Eddie is probably THE BEST plumber in the area. Not just because of his experience and technical knowledge (this guy knows what he is doing and can fix any plumbing problems!) but because he is also probably the most genuine and honest plumber in Miami. I had an emergency at my house and instead of trying to take advantage and overcharge me like every other plumber did Eddie walked me through, step-by-step, exactly what I need to do to troubleshoot and then fix the problem. I probably ended up spending 30 minutes on the phone with him in total and was able to fix the issue with his guidance. And he didn't charge me a dime for it!!! I ended up insisting on paying him something even though but he was reluctant to take my money. Every other plumber I spoke to before Eddie was sleazy and trying to up charge me up to $350 just to come out and look at the prob. Next time I have an issue I am calling Eddie first. Hire this guy!!!

These guys are well worth it! We used them twice, actually three times. The first time was for the tub. The second time was cuz the toilet tank kept making noise and continued to drain water into the toilet. They changed some parts in the tank. There was a 2 year warranty so I called them over because the parts didn't fix the problem. So they came over the third time and replaced the parts for free and the problems were completely resolved. Needless to say is my wife is happy and so am I.
