I was having trouble with the shower in one of my bathrooms and had another plumbing service try to repair it. Unfortunately, they did not do a good job and I wound up calling Coastal to fix their mess. The receptionists at Coastal were friendly and seemed eager to help me. The plumbers from Coastal came over on time, diagnosed the problem correctly, and fixed my shower. From now on, Coastal plumbing is the service I will call.

I just recommended this company to a neighbor because I had a very positive experience with them last year. They serviced our Rinnai tankless water heater and took care of a small issue with one of our toilets. I remember the provider as being prompt, professional and reasonably priced. I highly recommend Coastal Plumbing!!!! Great family owned business. We live on the Isle of Palms and we we're preparing to evacuate for FLO and our garbage disposal blew up and was spitting water everywhere in our kitchen. I called Coastal Plumbing and they came right out within in the hour and fixed our problem. Joesph our plumbing tech even cleaned up our mess. Thanks Again!!!!

Guys are crooks. Handed me a bill based on a 270 per hour billing rate. New owners bought the company from prior reputable owner. Do not use these guys. They are looking to take advantage of you and make a quick buck. They have no interest in the long game.

Be very careful if you actually decide to use this company. They over charge for labor at $125/hour and they will not give you a quote before they perform repair. They will also take advantage of your lack of plumbing knowledge. Do not use them. Much better plumbers out there.

What an awesome team! They ALWAYS jump on issues I have VERY quickly. I had a water-leak and was out of town. They send in their team and took care of it super-quickly. Thank you sooooooo much! Brett (the owner) couldn't be more accommodating and Glenn (in the office) always is pleasant and tries to send someone out as soon as I need them. You guys are great!!!!!

This Family Owned plumbing business was exceptional. From their scheduling, to follow up, to service was A+. I had a bathtub faucet that needed servicing and it was fixed within 45 min. I had another company come up with an estimate which took them 35 min and was 5 times more expensive that Coastal's overall price. If you want a plumber who is honest, timely & efficient give them a call! You will be pleasantly surprised! They are awesome!

Charged $275 dollars to run a line of caulk around a bathtub. Sorry but that's some BS. I'd call someone else.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They are so awful. First, they did not install my tub correctly and it was rocking back and forth and tried to convince me this was normal and told ME to get under the house and spray foam under it. Next, when they came back to fix it bc I refused to pay, they caused a leak and left it. When they came back a 3rd time to fix it again, I thought they got it right, only to find out (when the tile guy came) that the valve was placed too far out and would have to be moved back and the tub was out of level by 1 whole inch. Avoid at all costs!!!!
